Starting to deepen the breath,
Drawing the air in,
Filling the belly in the ribcage with a nice long exhale.
Tuning into your breath,
Noticing how you're feeling today,
Noticing where you're at and what emotions might be happening for you.
Breathing deeply,
Starting to really tune inwards,
Noticing your vibration,
Noticing any sensations that are happening in the body.
We'll take a nice big deep breath in,
Sigh it out.
Start to bring some focused attention to the mouth,
Feeling the tongue resting,
Feeling all of the different sensations of the teeth.
Do you notice any light pulses,
A gentle vibration?
Notice the saliva in your mouth.
Notice if your jaw is tensed,
Allow it to relax.
Allow the chin to relax,
The nose,
All of the muscles around the mouth.
Drawing the attention to your lips,
Are you wearing lip balm?
Do your lips feel dry?
Can you feel the plumpness and the juiciness of your beautiful lips?
Just noticing your mouth region and all of the sensations that are coming up.
We'll slowly start to tune into all of the muscles around the mouth.
Notice how your mouth is very relaxed and the muscles are gently pulling down.
Gravity is relaxing your muscles and allowing this heaviness to come to your lips.

We'll start to activate the muscles around the lips,
Around the corners of the mouth and very,
Very slowly,
We'll start to draw the corners of the lips up towards the eyes.
Feeling the sensations of the scrunching cheeks,
Your eyes starting to squint,
Creating this big,
Beautiful smile on your face.
Taking a nice,
Big,
Deep breath in with a smile.
Noticing the energy in your body,
Noticing the smile and how it shifts your whole being into this higher vibration.
Notice your frequency.
Do you feel this beautiful tingling sensation?
Do you feel uplifted and a little bit heightened?
Allow your smile to transform your emotions,
To transform your energy and to make a mark on your day ahead of you.
Holding your smile for a few more breaths,
Noticing the expansion of the heart chakra with your smile.

Beautiful breaths coming from your chest.
Very slowly,
You can start to relax the muscles around the mouth.
Allow your lips to relax.
Allow softness to come to the face.
Finding this practice with a relaxed jaw,
A relaxed mouth,
And a bit of contemplation on how this smile really made you feel.
