Welcome.
Starting your practice off with getting nice and comfortable.
Finding a nice soft spot to sit or lie down.
Keeping yourself nice and grounded,
Gently close your eyes.
Start to really deepen the breath.
Feeling the rise and fall of the belly,
Pulling in the air.
Feeling all of the different sensations of the breath.
Each breath that you take allows your body to relax a little bit deeper.
Allowing yourself to soften and know that these next few minutes are for you,
Your healing and your relaxation.
Feeling your body,
Feeling your breath.
Slowly allow yourself to sink deeper into your seat.
Bringing to your mind's eye a beautiful forested field.
So imagining this wide open field with heavy forest around it.
A big beautiful blue open sky.
There's a couple fluffy clouds around you,
But you're really taken back by the lush green grass beneath you.
Trees as far as the eye can see after the clearing.
Trees that move up the mountains.
Just really tapping into that sacred space of nature right now.
This beautiful sacred container that has been put around you,
Around this beautiful environment.
You decide to sit right in the center of the field.
Turning your hands through each blade of grass.
Feeling the nice cool sensations of a gentle breeze,
But also that warmth of the sun warming your skin.
Tuning into all of the sounds around you,
The chirping of the birds,
The soft whistling of the wind.
Maybe even a creek or a little stream in the background.
A nice faint water energy gracing this beautiful scene around you.
You start to place your hands behind you and slide back into the grass.
Making your way down to lie down on this beautiful carpet that Mother Earth has created for you.
Feeling that nice gentle tickle of the grass.
You look up at this beautiful wide open blue sky.
I'm really,
Really taking in the energy of this sky,
So vast,
So open,
So free,
So calm.
Looking at those fluffy white clouds bobbing by.
Feeling playful.
What shapes do you see in the clouds today?
Feeling that fullness of the clouds,
That fluffy energy that it creates inside of you,
This playfulness.
Just allowing your mind to run free for a few seconds,
Just taking in all of your surroundings,
All of the fluffy clouds.
And you start to close down your eyes,
Feeling this grounding Mother Earth energy.
Also all of the earth elements around you and feeling a little sparkle of childlike play from allowing yourself to imagine all of the fluffy animals that you saw in the clouds.
And just feeling light and free here in this moment.
And with your eyes closed,
You kind of hear this little zip and zoom,
Fluttering,
Zooming back and forth around you.
But you keep your eyes closed just to create a little bit more mystery.
Curiosity,
Playfulness,
Wondering what is that little zip of sound.
You feel almost like this lightness happening.
Little bit of more playfulness.
And as you open your eyes,
You see all of the beautiful fairy folk zipping and zooming and fluttering around you,
Sprinkling their stardust on you and creating this beautiful,
Playful vortex.
You're noticing that they're playing with each other,
Laughing and giggling,
Gently teasing each other.
And you're really just observing this amazing thing that's happening in front of you.
Really taking in all of the movements,
All of their actions.
And they start to notice that you're observing them.
And they all kind of start to whisper to each other and then come up nice and close to your face.
They're starting to chat with you,
Asking your name,
Asking about you,
Who are you?
And then they are starting to joke around.
They know who you are.
They know exactly who you are.
And they're here.
They're here to play with you today.
So they start to flutter around you,
Creating this zipping energy and it starts to whirl up and whirl up,
Speed up.
And you start to spin,
Spin,
Spin,
Spin and zip.
All of a sudden you have zipped up and you're floating in the air into a tiny little fairy.
They all surround you.
They say,
Welcome.
We're so happy that you have decided to come here and play.
We're so happy that you believe in us and that you want to have some fun.
Let loose.
Let's go play.
They take your hand and they take you on a little fluttering journey so fast.
Zipping through the forest.
You notice their little colony zipping through the trees.
You see all of their little magical items that they use.
And they zip you all the way up into the sky,
Up to the sun and back down.
And you're whirling on this magical ride,
This magical little roller coaster of fun.
And then they start to slightly,
Not pinch you,
But just a slight kind of poke silly silly and everyone starts to laugh.
Everyone's poking and playing with each other.
And the fun starts to begin in this new game,
Chasing each other,
Fluttering around,
Whatever it is that brings you joy.
You notice that you are starting to play with these beautiful little fairies this afternoon.
Continuing to play back and forth,
Back and forth,
Back and forth.
Everyone kind of grabs a partner and they start to spin up into the air,
Creating this beautiful dance.
This beautiful flying dance above the field through the blue sky of lightness and freeness and childlike play,
Imagination,
Creation,
Just being so childlike and allowing yourself to really tap into all of the sensations of what it really feels like to be curious.
With your partner,
You're dancing and you're whirling and you're twirling.
Looking at this other little fairy in the eyes.
A few more whizzes,
A few more spinning up.
And then everyone makes their way back down to the grass.
The nice soft landing.
All of these little fairy folks start to start to surround you in this beautiful circle with you in the center.
The fairies are holding hands,
Looking at you with this deep sense of love.
Whispering little affirmations to you.
Everything that you need to hear as a child.
You are safe.
I love you.
I will take care of you.
You don't need to worry.
Allow yourself to play.
Have fun.
Just be who you are.
Love who you are.
You are amazing.
You will change this world.
You are needed.
You are wanted.
You are so deeply loved.
Allow these affirmations to fill your cup.
You hold your heart and look at all of the fairy folk and say thank you.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you so much.
They all swarm in for a group hug.
They start to spin up into a little circle,
A little funnel above your head.
Waving,
Smiling,
Blowing kisses,
Giggling.
They release up into the sky and back into the woods.
You close your eyes and you feel all of the emotions,
All of the sensations of everything that they told you and this experience that you just had with them.
You feel your body back on the grass,
Arms stretched out in a beautiful star position with your heart radiating up to the sun,
Up to the sky.
A smile comes to your face and you feel one last little tickle on your nose.
You open your eyes and look on the very tip of your nose and see one last little fairy,
A beautiful golden yellow hue.
She looks at you in your eyes and cups your nose and says,
Don't forget who you are.
Don't forget your childlike spirit.
Don't forget to play.
And with that,
She kisses your nose and zips back off to join the others.
Her heart feels full,
Both charged by mother earth,
Charged by the fairy folk,
But also charged by yourself,
Your inner child.
That beautiful part of yourself that so deeply wants to play,
Allowing yourself to lay here,
Feeling and taking in all of the sensations of the experience you just had.
Feeling your heart,
Really feeling your heart in this moment,
Your own heartbeat that is your rhythm.
You tune back into the present moment,
Your body,
Where you're sitting,
Your breath.
For this last moment of your practice,
You bring your hands to your heart,
Filling it with gratitude for yourself,
For all of the ways that you contribute to this earth,
Holding your heart and thanking your inner child for everything they have been through.
Knowing that you can always return back to childlike play,
Can always return back to laughter,
Softness,
Playfulness.
Knowing that play heals your heart and heals your inner child,
That you create the bonds with yourself,
With your child and your healing.
Taking a nice big deep breath in and sighing it out,
Allowing yourself to come back into this moment.
Whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Taking in and really appreciating everything around you.
Continuing on the rest of your day,
Knowing you can always return back to your heart.
