Namaste and welcome to day 4 of the 15 day manifestation journey.

This is the journey where we discuss one daily practice that helps you attract abundance and transform your life and achieve whatever that you desire.

In today's daily practice we are discussing positive journaling.

Now this daily practice is slightly different from the usual journaling practice.

Every morning as you start your day write down at least three daily wins but these wins are not coming from the previous day.

These are coming the wins that you want to achieve within this day.

So you are creating this journaling practice from the end.

You're writing in the present tense as if these daily wins have already happened for you during this day.

This helps to make your brain already accept what you are going to create in your day by writing it in the present tense and secondly you're bringing your attention to what you intend to create during this day.

So think of three things that you will consider a win by the end of this day and journal it in the present tense.

Example you want to finish working on a project today perhaps then write in your journal I'm so happy that I was able to complete my project today.

So write down not just having completed but also the feeling that this win gives you.

Try practicing positive journaling with three daily wins every morning.

Come back for day five.

Until then keep manifesting and keep practicing everything that we have been discussing so far.

Keep stacking the practices as you go through this journey.

I will see you tomorrow.

Namaste.
