Namaste and welcome to day two of your 15 day manifestation journey.

This is the journey where we discuss one daily practice each day that will help you attract abundance and truly transform your life into whatever that you desire.

Today we will discuss setting an intention for your day.

A lot of us can get stuck on what the intention for the day should be and how do we even stick with it.

So here is a simple practice that you can do every morning as you wake up.

You can also remind yourself of this every now and then during the day.

The intention to set in the morning is to tell yourself that I let go of judgment of yesterday.

I let go of judgment of yesterday.

This small intention will help you clear out any residual emotions from the last day.

The previous day negative emotions can most likely carry on into your today as well.

But with this simple intention you are choosing to signal to yourself and your mind that you are choosing to let go of any judgment that you might still have or whatever that happened yesterday in your life.

This is a great clearing practice to do every morning.

And then the second part is to say that I let go of any expectation of today.

This is where you will not get tripped up if anything unpleasant happens during your day.

You are not setting any expectations.

You are letting the day flow and inviting whatever that is it is to bring to you.

This intention,

Let's say together,

I let go of judgment of yesterday and expectation of today.

I let go of any judgment of yesterday and expectation of today.

I let go of judgment of yesterday.

Feel it leaving your heart and I let go of any expectation of today.

Feel your heart open up to the possibility of today.

This can be a great way to start your day.

So set this intention every morning and see how it will transform the tone of your full day.
