Namaste and welcome to Day 8 of the 15 Days of Manifestation journey.
This is where we discuss daily practices and help you manifest faster and bring in abundance in your life.
Yesterday we discussed resistance and how you can spot resistance and quickly work with it so that it doesn't impact you and helps you move into effortless action.
Today we shed more light on effortless action and how you can move into a space of effortless action whenever you choose to.
Action flows when we allow and give ourselves permission to accept good things because we deserve them.
A lot of times we are unable to move forward or take even a tiny step towards our good because we deep down do not believe that we deserve the good things.
So giving yourself permission,
Actively stating that I allow and give myself permission to enjoy the fruits of my action will help you get into effortless action.
Another small thing that you can do before starting your action is a ritual of cleansing your space.
Our space,
Our surroundings and places that we frequently work in can hold energy.
And if we have been holding a negative belief within ourselves then our space could most likely be holding that negative energy as well.
So everyday when you sit down to start your action,
Incorporate a ritual to cleanse your space.
You could do it with something physical like an incense,
With sage,
With even sound.
You could play some mantras,
Some higher frequency music.
And you could also incorporate an affirmation to call upon the forces of the cosmos.
You could say something like I invite upon the forces of this cosmos to assist me in the action that I am about to undertake.
I know I am guided to my highest good.
The forces of love and light are always with me during this process.
Such a simple statement could immediately charge not just your body but also your environment.
And you will notice the change it will bring while you are performing the action to move ahead in your life.
Try this to move into effortless action every single day.
I will see you tomorrow for day 9.
Namaste.
