Namaste and welcome to today's alignment meditation for joy and abundance.
I'm Brisha,
Your guide for today.
I invite you to sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight,
With your hands comfortably placed on your lap.
You may choose to keep your palms facing up.
Close your eyes,
Relax your shoulders,
Your eyebrows,
Your face muscles and bring a smile to your face.
Let's get started with a few breathing practices.
Take a inhale in and exhale out slowly.
Inhale from your nose and exhale out slowly from your mouth.
One more deep inhale and exhale out slowly.
Let your breathing come back to normal without trying to change.
Just gently bring your attention to your breath.
Notice how your breath feels.
Take a moment to reflect on how you feel.
What emotions are coming up for you?
You can tap into your heart chakra or heart center by placing your hands onto the chest and ask yourself,
How do I feel today?
In this very moment,
Notice the emotions that are coming up for you.
Are they positive,
Ones that make you feel light and happy?
Or are they negative,
Ones that make you feel heavy and unhappy?
Just label your emotions,
Not engaging with them,
Becoming aware of how you feel.
Our feelings are a great indication of how aligned we are with ourselves.
We all have two parts to us,
One,
The physical that we see,
We can touch and feel.
The second is the non-physical that is unlimited,
Abundant,
Infinite,
Always here to help us tap into our potential.
But most of us live disconnected from that infinite part of us.
And our feelings are our guide to help us understand if we are connected to that infinite part or not.
No abundance can enter our life if we are disconnected from our own potential.
Gently bring your awareness and attention back to your breath.
Tuning in to the rhythm of your breath.
And with the next inhale,
I want you to think about the opposite of the feeling that came up for you earlier.
What would you like to feel instead?
Can you label that feeling?
Even if it was a positive feeling,
What would be the ideal emotion that you would like to feel?
And stay in.
Know that every moment gives you a choice on how you want to feel.
Not dependent on anything external.
No thing,
No person can take away this choice from you.
So you choosing to focus on how you want to feel good.
How you want to feel positive.
Brings you back into alignment with your infinite self.
And activates that part of you that has all the solutions.
That holds all the abundance that you may desire.
So next time you feel heavy.
That is your time to check in and ask yourself.
How can I feel good in this moment?
And bring myself back into alignment.
