Hello,

Beautiful souls.

This is Risha,

Your meditation guide for today.

Today's meditation is all about helping you increase your productivity and find peace while doing so.

To get started,

Sit down in an upright position.

Relax yourself.

Close your eyes.

Relax your eyebrows,

Your face.

Bring a smile to your mouth.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax the rest of your body.

And with the next inhale,

Take a deep breath in.

And with the next exhale,

Let go of everything.

Let's practice deep breathing like this for the next few moments.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

One more inhale and exhale.

Now bring back your attention to your breath.

Just observe your breath,

Not changing anything about it.

Breathe from your nose.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Stay with your breath for the next few moments.

If any thought comes up,

Let it come.

Don't engage with it.

Your mind is like that clear sky that gets clouded by these thoughts that come every now and then like clouds.

And sometimes they rain the thunder that causes a storm in your mind.

But know that your mind is not these clouds.

It's that clear sky that exists beyond them.

So let those thoughts float in and out like those clouds without engaging.

Focusing on the clear sky.

Bring your attention back to your body.

I want you to reflect on a goal that is important to you and you would like to fulfill in the next 12 months.

What is that goal?

How does it make you feel?

Do you feel excited?

Do you feel fearful?

Do you feel nervous?

What is the emotion that's coming up for you?

Let that emotion come up and let it pass.

Once you have defined that goal for yourself,

Think about what can you do in the next three months to achieve that goal?

What's the milestone in the next three months that will put you on path to achieving that 12-month goal?

Think of that milestone and stay with it for the next few breaths.

Doesn't it feel amazing to think about your goals?

How you will feel once you fulfill them?

That's how your goals should make you feel.

Excited and ready to go after them.

If not,

You might be chasing the wrong goal.

You might need to rephrase that goal that makes you feel excited.

Coming back to your milestone,

That three-month milestone.

What can you do today to bring yourself one step closer to that milestone?

Think about three things that you can accomplish today.

Let go of everything else weighing you down.

Forget all the urgent things.

Think about three things that are important for you to accomplish today.

Take a few moments to reflect on them.

What are those three things that you can accomplish today?

Repeat them for the next few breaths.

You can say them out loud or in your mind.

Once you've done that,

How does it feel?

How do you feel about this newfound clarity in your life?

Knowing that one goal that is important to you for the next 12 months and what you need to do today to get it done?

Does it feel like a weight has been taken off your shoulders and all you need to focus on is those three things today?

And guess what?

You will have a successful productive day.

Now for the next few breaths,

I want you to reflect on the block that's coming up for you that you feel will keep you from reaching that goal.

Those three things today to accomplish.

When I talk about the block,

Do you feel a heaviness in your chest or is it a heaviness in your mind?

Get in tune with your body and reflect on it.

If the heaviness in your chest it might be an emotional block that is keeping you from reaching this goal.

What is that emotion?

Let it come up and let it go.

If it's fear,

It's anxiety,

Not feeling enough,

Whatever it is in this moment,

Drop it and let it go.

If the heaviness is in your mind,

It might be a mental block.

It could be something with your belief system,

Something you believe about yourself that might be keeping you from reaching that goal.

What is that mindset block?

What is that block?

Let it come up and let it go.

Let it go,

Whatever block wherever in your body it exists,

You drop it now.

And for the next few moments,

Feel the lightness that comes from dropping this block or blocks.

Stay with this feeling of lightness and peace for the next few breaths.

You might feel a smile coming onto your lips.

Let it grow wider and with the next breaths,

Bring your attention back to those three things,

Knowing you're capable of achieving them.

And that is all that is important today for you to feel productive.

With that,

You can slowly open your eyes and close your practice.
