One-minute guided meditation.
For the next minute,
Deepen your breath slightly to a count of four,
In and out through your nose.
Notice the movement of air as it moves with your inhale into your nose and down your throat,
Chest,
And stomach.
Then smoothly transition into an exhale and follow your breath as it moves from your stomach up your chest,
Throat,
And back out through your nose.
Do one more round of inhale and exhale.
Does your breath make a sound?
If it does,
Where do you think the sound originates?
Can you notice the temperature of your breath?
Does it feel cooler at the inhales and warmer at the exhales?
Now gently bring your breath back to normal.
And as you move throughout your day,
Remember to notice and remember to breathe consciously.
