What if just a few minutes per day could open up a new mindset for you and set you on a path for massive success?

This is a guided meditation with affirmations for programming your subconscious mind for a successful and rewarding life path.

So make sure you're in a safe,

Quiet place,

Not driving or using machinery,

So you can relax.

This isn't medical advice or therapy,

This is about empowering your personal growth.

So make yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes,

And begin with some deep breaths in through the nose,

And then out through the mouth,

Like a sigh of relief.

Then let your breathing settle into its own natural rhythm,

Let your body relax,

Feel the support of the surface underneath you,

Allow your muscles to soften in your face,

Your neck,

Shoulders,

Stomach,

Legs,

Body relaxing,

And mind relaxing,

And simply allow your subconscious mind to take whatever it needs from the following affirmations.
