I'm Richard Willis,

And my voice will guide you through these powerful affirmations,

Designed to work with your subconscious mind as you relax,

Allowing you to let go of worries,

Embrace feelings of calm and peace,

And focus on your own resilience and inner strength.

So make yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes,

And begin with a deep breath in,

And a long breath out.

Let the breathing then settle into its own natural rhythm,

And allow the body to relax,

Settling into the surface underneath,

Mind relaxing,

Body relaxing,

And allow the affirmations to relax and empower you.

I let go of my worries and embrace peace.

I invite more calm into my life with every breath.

I am safe and protected in this moment.

I am calm and in control.

I release anxiety and let in relaxation.

I am strong and capable of handling challenges.

I trust in my inner tranquility.
