Welcome to day three of Mental Floss.
Today is all about purpose.
So find a place to sit down and get comfortable.
Let's begin focusing on your breathing.
Just tuning into your breath.
Sensing your body relaxing in silence.
Feeling your body sitting breathing riding the waves of your breath in and out.
Now imagine that you're sitting down by the side of a small pond quietly and calmly out in nature.
And I want you to pick up a pebble from beside you and imagine that this pebble represents a question.
If anything is possible what would you like to see in your life?
And when you're ready throw that pebble into the pond and listen.
Listen as the pebble splashes on the surface and descends listening to the splash of response.
If anything were possible what would you like to see in your life?
Whatever response you hear in the form of that splash just stay and listen to the pebble as it drops deeper beneath the surface.
Listening attentively following that pebble into the pond until it rests at the bottom.
Still listening.
What would you like to see in your life?
Anything is possible.
Under the surface now.
Expectation.
Impulses.
Responses.
Underneath.
Is there anything deeper?
Listening.
Enquiring.
Silent.
Still.
And open.
Staying with that pebble.

Imagine you have this in your life already.
And when you are ready I want you to draw in a big deep breath and hold it for a moment.
Then let go and relax and gently open your eyes.
