The sensations where your body touches the surface that's supporting it.
Welcome and affirm your heartfelt mission,
The feeling of life living you,
That gives a sense of purpose,
Meaning,
And value to your life.
Welcome and affirm your intention,
Your intention that supports you in realizing your deepest heartfelt mission in your daily life.
Welcome and affirm your inner resource,
The felt sense of well-being,
And of feeling secure and at ease in this and every moment.
And continuing to feel your inner resource,
Bring attention to sensation in your jaw,
Mouth,
Ears,
Eyes,
Forehead and scalp,
Shoulders,
Arms,
The sensation of your palms and fingers,
The sensation of your entire torso,
Pelvis,
Legs,
And feet,
The sensation of your entire body,
And your body as a radiant field of sensation.
And feel yourself as the observer of all these sensations that are present in your awareness,

Sense your body breathing itself,
Abdomen and chest expanding with each inhalation,
