In today's meditation,
We will release the fears or negative beliefs that may be holding us back.
This helps to allow us to move away from being stuck in insecurity,
Scarcity,
Or impossibility,
Because remaining where we are safe does not allow us to progress.
It's in the most difficult times and situations that we receive the chance to grow and evolve,
Gaining skills,
Experience,
And wisdom.
And it's in the falls and the mistakes that we are able to learn and release fear.
Begin by taking a deep breath as you close your eyes and allow your body to relax.
Focus on your breath as you inhale through your nose for a count of five.
And exhale through your nose for a count of five.
Continue to repeat this breathing exercise.
We will now begin to recite a mantra together three times.
I release my fears.
I release my insecurities.
I embrace growth.
I embrace change.
I trust my intuition.
I trust my inner voice.
I release my fears.

As we release the mantra,
Begin to deepen your breathing once again.
Bring a little bit of movement back into your body by moving your fingers and toes.
On your next inhale,
Begin to slowly open your eyes.
