Welcome to your meditation for effortless calm.

Sometimes we feel too busy or wired or anxious to feel like practicing meditation or even to listen to a recording.

Although we know that often these are the times that would be most beneficial for us to sit in stillness,

It isn't always easy.

We want to feel more calm,

More grounded and at peace by letting go of our thoughts and our wandering minds.

We want to stop fidgeting and to simply be present and still.

Consider this intention of winding down and letting go,

While simultaneously allowing your thoughts to continue to circulate.

If you feel distracted by your phone or computer and these words you're listening to are slipping by somewhere in the back of your subconscious mind,

That is perfectly okay.

That's exactly what this meditation is for.

You've already taken the first step by playing this recording and now you can simply allow the sounds to wash over you.

It's okay if your mind wanders.

It's okay if you become distracted by something else.

It's all absolutely and perfectly okay.

The binaural beats and theta waves used in this recording can produce a calming effect without you even having to make any conscious effort for it to happen.

Without even thinking about it,

Your mind is becoming calmer and your body more relaxed.

There's nothing to do,

Nothing to think about.

Everything is exactly as it needs to be.

There's no pressure now.

“Allow your body to take a break, and your mind can continue” - you said something like this and it was such a relief. Knowing that my body was taking a break even if my mind continued going was really nice. I know this meditation is a quick one but it was really beneficial for me. I’m someone with a lot of nervous energy, so when I’m meditating I’m either distracted or nervous and overthinking, then worrying about my thoughts messing it up and trying to do it right. Because of this, this meditation was really good for me, I felt like I was able to allow the meditation to happen, because I was allowed to continue thinking as you said. Thank you so much!
