Welcome to your 5 minute meditation for a restful sleep.
Begin by closing your eyes and lying down in a comfortable position.
As you take a few deep calming breaths,
Allow yourself to fully relax.
If any thoughts from the day happen to come into your mind,
Imagine them as clouds floating harmlessly by.
To help relax even further,
I'd like you to repeat the following phrase in your mind.
My mind is calm.
My body is relaxed.
I am grateful.
During these next few minutes of silent meditation,
If your mind begins to wander,
Simply bring it back to the present moment by reciting the phrase once again.
My mind is calm.
