Take in the sensations that you feel in your body.
Scan your body,

What do you feel in your hands and your fingers?
What do you feel with the air against your skin or the clothing touching you?
Don't be attached.
Know you are observing yourself having these sensations,
But they're not who you are.
Consciously take a deep breath in.
Hold that breath for 15 seconds as you squeeze your belly,

Pushing that life force into all parts of your body.

Now bring yourself to gentle,

We focus on the heart chakra in the center of our chest on the spine.
Visualize a beautiful green circle of light.
The circle of light is spinning clockwise.
The heart chakra is the gateway between the lower and the upper chakras.
It relates to our ability to love and empathize.
When the chakra is inactive or blocked,
We have a fear of intimacy.
