Transcript
Our brains respond to imagined experiences more powerfully than we realize.
That's why we can.
Feel anxious about something that hasn't even happened yet.
Or emotional whilst remembering things in the past.
But what's visualization got to do with this?
Visualization works because the brain and the body respond to a mental rehearsal,
A visualization in meaningful ways.
And the magic is when we intentionally imagine being grounded.
Healing.
.
.
A compassionate moment,
A moment to be grateful for,
Getting through something,
A moment of strength.
Whatever it is,
We love it.
Are either creating new internal pathways or re-establishing internal pathways within us.
So our minds are always rehearsing something,
But when we choose a visualization,
We're doing it intentionally.
For ourselves.
You're not just getting the benefits in that moment when you do that visualization.
You're benefiting your future self.
You're benefiting your future self.
Especially when it's something like a rehearsed event.
So visualizations.
Can be fought.
Any and more of those things that I've mentioned.
And they're incredibly powerful,
And you are amazing.
Thickening those learning templates in your brain associated with them,
Making those things that you want possible even more possible.
We could have imagined before.
I hope this is helpful.
