My positive affirmation for today was ‘be Curious’,so synchronic that you start this meditation saying ‘ be curious and trust’. Being curious is so much more than being curious isn’t it? It is seeing, it is being aware, being mindful.
I love these ‘affirmations for your soul’ tracks.
This morning I listened to an hours video in a museum in Eastbourne called ‘Rafts’. It was a runner up for the Turner Prize. It spoke to me on so many levels because somehow I was able to hear. The universe was talking to me.
