Highlights

  • Guided conversations & intentional group dialogues where you’re seen and heard.

  • Every element, from movement to rest, is designed to support regulation, safety, and true restoration (not just temporary relaxation).

  • Balance of Structure + Spaciousness; guided, never rushed. Planned experiences paired with intentional free time to integrate, explore, or simply be.

  • Facilitators With Real-Life Connections. Hosts have lived, traveled, and grown together. Bringing a dynamic, authentic energy to each session.

  • Embodiment First Approach Less “talking about healing”… more feeling it in the body through movement, breathwork, and presence.

  • A Safe, Non-Performative Space. No pressure to be anything other than yourself. No expectation to be “perfect.” Just space to show up as you are.

  • Integration-Focused Approach. You’ll gain tools, awareness, friends and practices you can carry into your everyday life.

  • A True Reset. Not an Escape. You’re not running away from your life. You’re reconnecting to it from a clearer, more grounded place.

Details

Our retreat is designed to bring you home to Self. The pace slows down, the noise quiets and you’re invited to simply be (present, as you are, perfectly-imperfect). Surrounded by Southern Italy’s natural beauty while grounded in presence. The ambiance is warm, intimate, and deeply supportive. The intention is to create space for reconnection with your body, mind, heart, breath, inner-wisdom and your inner clarity. Through a blend of movement, reflection and meaningful conversation, this experience gently guides you back to yourself. The benefits often unfold as a renewed sense of balance, emotional clarity and peace-of-mind, along with deeper self-awareness and authentic connection with others. What makes this retreat unique is its focus on depth over surface; including guided and real conversations, an embodiment-first approach to practice and a thoughtfully held container by facilitators who bring a genuine, lived connection into the space. The result is an experience that feels both grounding and expansive, personal and shared.

Testimonials

info

All of the memories created throughout the retreat hold a special place in my heart. I will forever carry the bonds and connections created collectively through movement, meditation and memories. I am forever grateful for this experience. Many thanks and much love to Samantha for creating a peaceful and nourishing journey to heal and align ones mind, body and spirit. Dreams really do come true.

This is too hard - so many memories!!! I loved everything about the location, the accommodations, the hospitality, views, and company of course. I think what I'll remember most about the retreat is the people I met and spent the time with. Everyone was so welcoming and willing to share their story. It was quite amazing how a group of strangers turned into friends in just a few days. I'll also remember the calm and peace everyone felt during the retreat and the vulnerability we all shared during practice, workshops, and even lunch/dinner conversations. I always think of the retreat and the lessons we learned when I wear my mala and lotus necklace. It truly was an unforgettable experience and I'm so grateful to have participated.

When I met with Samantha, I didn’t know what to expect for my first retreat. I was nervous as I was traveling solo but went in with an open mind. Within minutes of arriving I felt calm and at ease in Samantha’s presence! I highly recommend a retreat for anyone who has the slightest interest in understanding themselves better and their purpose in life! I come back to the basics Samantha offered frequently to keep myself centred and aligned with who I am and what matters most.

The retreat was nothing short of life changing. I am convinced that this is truly one of the best investments you can give yourself. The care that the hosts put into the retreat is so beautiful. From the workshops, movement classes and the time spent in ceremony, you will truly feel reborn. I was! The details, the community, the love and the lessons you learn on this retreat are truly priceless.

This summer I had the absolute pleasure of attending Samantha's retreat. As a mom and a manager of many individuals I was burnt out, out of touch with my purpose and yearning for some self-love. Upon entering the retreat, I was welcomed by Sam's warm smile and my nervous energy was put immediately at ease. I handed in my phone and was open to receive what Sam had created for us. Through the power of yoga, reiki and breath work I felt an instant shift in my body. I was then given the tools and resources to connect with myself outside the realm of the retreat. I left feeling awakened, renewed and inspired. For anyone looking for a fresh start or a connection to self, Samantha's retreats will guide you to your higher self and bring clarity to each day. Highly recommend!
