The Balance Retreat is a series of one-day retreats created to help you stay connected to yourself throughout the year, to reset, release, and find calm no matter what life brings. The retreat is held in a cosy London studio designed for comfort and relaxation. Expect fresh energy, feeling of being renewed and light, ready to sprout and bloom at your own speed. You don’t need to bring a yoga mat or anything else, just yourself … we will take care of the rest. The Balance Retreat grew from our shared wish to offer something honest, a place where people could slow down, recharge, and simply feel taken care of. Natalia Natalia is a yoga, sound and breath facilitator, and the founder of Luv Yourself Space. Her classes are known for their warmth, music, and emotional openness. She combines strength and softness to help people release tension, restore balance, and find confidence in their own energy. Together, we bring authentic friendship, warmth, and a balance of energy and calm into every retreat we hold. George George is a movement and energy facilitator with a background in dance and yoga. His approach is grounded, mindful, and welcoming, guiding people to reconnect with their bodies and inner rhythm. Known for his calm presence and care, George’s sessions blend mindful movement, grounding breath, and gentle energy work that meets everyone where they are. A nourishing lunch is provided as part of the retreat, featuring fresh, made-from-scratch healthy meals. The menu is primarily plant-based and wellness focused, offering superfood bowls, wholesome grain and green bases, fresh toppings and gluten-free dressings. Options are available to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements including vegan and vegetarian. All food is light, clean and carefully chosen to keep your energy present and nourished throughout the day.

Schedule

09:30 - Doors open and welcome Arrive, settle in and connect with fellow participants over herbal tea. The space is set up and ready for you. 10:00 - Opening circle We open the day together with intention setting, grounding and a gentle introduction to the theme of the season. 10:30 - Morning movement and energy work An active and embodied session which may include breathwork, somatic movement, dance, yoga or energy activation depending on the season. This session is designed to wake up the body and shift energy. 12:00 - Integration and rest A gentle pause to absorb the morning practices. Time for journaling, quiet reflection or simply resting. 12:30 - Nourishing lunch A freshly prepared healthy lunch is served. Time to eat, connect and enjoy good conversation. 13:30 - Afternoon practices The afternoon session moves into deeper inner work which may include guided meditation, breathwork, somatic release, sound healing or a combination of practices aligned with the season's energy. 15:30 - Short break Refreshments and space to breathe. 15:45 - Sound bath and restoration A deeply relaxing live sound healing session using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Lie down, close your eyes and let the vibrations do the work. 16.20 - Dance - loosening up A movement which crates freedom in the body and mind 16:45 - Closing circle and integration We come together to share reflections, complete the day's journey and set intentions to carry the retreat energy forward. 17:15 - Goodie bags and farewell Each guest receives a curated goodie bag from our wellness partners. Time to connect, linger and say goodbye. 17:30 - Connection with participants, chat and tea 18.00 - Retreat closure.

Before I came to the retreat I felt anxious, but also open and receptive. After the retreat, I feel clearer — like I know what I need to do next and where I’m heading. Standing on the nails was that moment of the shift for me. I noticed I was slipping into old avoidance strategies instead of fully feeling and processing what was coming up. Choosing to stay with the pain rather than push it down felt different — more conscious, more present. Reflecting on it now, I can see that shift clearly. I didn’t expect to feel so comfortable being that vulnerable. My kundalini activation was incredible — powerful in a way I hadn’t anticipated.

When I arrived I felt calm and I wasn’t really expecting anything, didn’t even put an intention out today but as much I thought that I was calm I released a lot from my throat ,which was amazing because usually I feel the stuck energy in my throat but this release was a surprise for me. This breathing out was like a hissing sound which I could make it quite long when I had to breath out and I realised with this hissing sound somehow my light language was coming out again a bit and I used this breathing out thing when we done the nail board practice and It helped a lot to focus on the goal not the pain. And I felt shifting energy in me after the kundalini because I felt lighter and more clearer on the throat area which still amazes me that I had stuck energy without me feeling it the last few days … I didn’t expect to be brave enough for the nail board and managing to stay on for 5 min which is another proof that is one of the most important thing that we can do is learn to control our minds and not let it to put us in a fear mindset. We can achieve everything if we know how to control our mind ! Thank you for this fantastic day ❤️

Guest requirements

  • No prior experience of breathwork, yoga, somatic practices or sound healing is required - all sessions are fully guided and suitable for complete beginners

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older

  • This retreat is open to all genders, backgrounds and body types - everyone is welcome

  • Participants should be in generally good physical and mental health

  • Those who are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, severe anxiety disorder or any other significant medical condition are advised to consult their GP before booking and to inform us at the time of booking

  • Participants should be able to sit, lie down and engage in gentle to moderate movement for periods throughout the day

  • A willingness to be open, present and participatory is all that is needed - you do not need to know what to expect

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement is recommended - layers are advised as body temperature can shift during energy and breathwork practices

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 30 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 30 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 30 days before the retreat begins.
