Details

Join us for a one-day immersion for men ready to redefine strength. Many men were taught that strength meant staying in control — not crying, not needing, not showing uncertainty. Over time, that conditioning creates disconnection: from the body, from grief, from joy, from the deeper intelligence within. Shame is part of that story, but so are fear, tenderness, anger, and longing. This day is not about fixing you. It is about building the capacity to feel without losing yourself. Through guided Shamanic Breathwork, music, integration, and circle, you will practice staying present as emotion moves — learning to remain steady when your chest tightens, to soften when grief rises, to allow anger without acting it out or shutting it down, and to experience joy without bracing for its loss. Courage is not the absence of fear. It is the willingness to stay. **Please note: There will be one woman present, Marisa La Fata, certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator. ** This event is held in collaboration with Dominic Tovar, an energy guide and men’s group facilitator who works closely with men ready to examine the conditioning they’ve inherited around strength, power, and masculinity. Dominic supports men in doing honest inner work — unlearning patterns rooted in domination, suppression, and performance, and reconnecting to integrity, accountability, and emotional presence. Shamanic Breathwork® is a powerful healing modality created by Linda Star Wolf. Developed through decades of study and practice, and inspired by her studies with Holotropic breathwork founder, Stan Grof, and Integrative Breathwork founder Jacquelyn Small, Shamanic Breathwork® integrates ancient wisdom with modern transformational techniques to facilitate deep healing and personal awakening.

Testimonials

info

I arrived not knowing what to expect, but knowing that I needed some deep healing in my body and heart. I was hoping to move “out of my head” and thinking so much about issues in my life, to a more intuitive place where I could hear my heart and my body. I also wanted to release what I felt was stored up emotional pain from my body. The shamanic breathwork did all of this for me. It helped me discover my inner self and understand who I am at a core level and what I want in life moving forward. I felt the pain release from my body and felt incredibly refreshed and ready to move forward in life.
