Details

This intimate half-day experience is designed for women ready to rebuild self-trust and create emotionally safe, grounded relationships. The ambiance is calm, supportive, and intentionally curated to allow for honest reflection without pressure. Through visualization, guided journaling, somatic movement, and real conversations, participants will explore relationship patterns, shift from external validation to self-trust, and learn what emotional safety actually feels like. Participants will experience: • A small, private setting for deeper connection and reflection • Tools to recognize patterns and relationship red flags early • Guidance on building self-trust and emotional safety • Somatic practices to reconnect with the body and release tension With three experienced facilitators, this experience offers both insight and practical tools to help participants feel clearer, steady, and confident in their relationships.

Light, thoughtfully selected refreshments will be available throughout the experience, including coffee, tea, and simple snack options. The focus is on easy, approachable choices that support a relaxed and comfortable environment without being heavy or distracting. Options will be generally balanced and inclusive, with a mix of light, nourishing items to accommodate a variety of preferences.

Schedule

General Schedule 12:00 – 12:30 PM Arrival, Check-In, and Settling In Participants arrive, get comfortable, enjoy light refreshments, and receive materials. A gentle reflection prompt is available to begin shifting inward. --- 12:30 – 1:00 PM Opening Circle and Safety Framing Welcome and introduction from Katharine and Chaya, including intention setting and creating a safe, supportive container for the experience. --- 1:00 – 1:15 PM Guided Grounding Meditation A calming meditation to regulate the nervous system, bring awareness into the body, and prepare for deeper reflection. --- 1:15 – 1:40 PM Self Trust and Nervous System Awareness Teaching and reflection on how internal signals guide relationship choices and why they are often overridden. --- 1:40 – 2:05 PM Relationship Patterns and Emotional Awareness Exploration of common relationship dynamics, including patterns of seeking validation and being drawn to misaligned connections. --- 2:05 – 2:30 PM Guided Journaling and Reflection Quiet time for personal reflection using prompts to identify patterns, behaviors, and areas for growth. --- 2:30 – 2:55 PM Partner Reflection Optional, structured sharing in pairs to deepen insight and build connection in a safe and supported way. --- 2:55 – 3:05 PM Break Time to rest, refresh, and reset. --- 3:05 – 3:35 PM Somatic Movement and Emotional Release Guided body-based practice to release tension and reconnect with physical awareness. --- 3:35 – 4:00 PM Understanding Emotional Safety in Relationships Practical discussion on what emotional safety looks like, how to recognize it, and how it differs from intensity. --- 4:00 – 4:20 PM Guided Visualization Participants are led through a visualization to experience what a safe, grounded relationship feels like. --- 4:20 – 4:45 PM Relationship Redesign and Personal Standards Participants define their relationship standards, boundaries, and commitments moving forward. --- 4:45 – 4:55 PM Co-Host Conversation and Q&A Open discussion with Katharine and Chaya, with space for participant questions and insights. --- 4:55 – 5:00 PM Closing Integration Final reflections and grounding to help participants leave feeling clear and supported. --- 5:00 PM and beyond (Optional) Connection and Social Time Participants are welcome to stay, connect, and continue conversations in a relaxed, informal setting. --- This schedule is designed to move from awareness to insight to integration, while allowing space for both personal reflection and meaningful connection.

  • Be open to self-reflection and personal growth

  • Be willing to engage in journaling and guided exercises

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others

  • Participate at their own comfort level (sharing is always optional)

  • Be able to engage in light, gentle movement during the somatic portion

  • Arrive on time to support a smooth and grounded group experience

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
