Explore MeditationI began practicing yoga in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the practice. I took my teacher training in 2018 while living in San Diego, and began sharing her practice as a teacher in 2022. Since then, I have taken additional yoga training and become a certified meditation teacher. It is my passion and purpose to share these practices in an accessible way to help more people learn to feel into their bodies and live a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
