The Real Reason You Don't Like Meditation
Why don’t most people like practicing meditation? The answer might surprise you. Many people think meditation is boring, repetitive, or only about relaxation. In a world driven by instant gratification, entertainment, and constant stimulation from social media, YouTube, and daily responsibilities, slowing down and being with yourself can feel uncomfortable… even unnecessary. But what if meditation isn’t about “relaxing” at all? In this video, you’ll discover a powerful shift in perspective: meditation as a simple practice of learning to be with yourself. No pressure, no expectations just a few minutes a day to reconnect, reset, and include yourself in your own life. If you’ve ever struggled to meditate, felt like you were “doing it wrong,” or couldn’t stay consistent, this message will help you see meditation in a completely new way. Start today. Even 5 minutes can begin to transform your life.

Why don't most people like practicing meditation?
Well,
Because most people consider meditation to be boring,
Monotonous,
Or simply meant to relax.
The majority of people are looking for something to entertain themselves.
Something that catches their attention and that can give them instant gratification.
And unfortunately,
Meditation doesn't work that way.
Most people are trying to avoid themselves.
And this is why I recommend that people who come to see me,
Reframe the use of the word meditation to simply learn to be with themselves.
We generally don't want to spend time with ourselves.
So we spend our time going to school,
Working,
Attending the needs of others,
Or even watching TV,
YouTube,
Social media,
Etc.
In order to distract us.
In other words,
We don't want to include ourselves in any of our activities.
We don't want to see ourselves for some reason.
Don't you think it's time to spend time with yourself now?
That's why starting today,
I recommend you that you spend time with yourself and let go of everything.
Even if it's just for a few minutes,
Let's just say five minutes a day,
But dedicate that time to be with yourself and to confront yourself.
Practice it every day and you'll see how your life transforms.
