Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to the simple one minute mini mindfulness meditation to release stress.

Whatever you are,

Whatever you're doing,

Let go of everything for one minute and close your eyes.

Notice what kind of thoughts are in your mind.

How does your body feel right now?

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

As you inhale,

Feel the air entering your body and feel that oxygen filling your lungs with air.

And when you release the air,

Imagine releasing everything,

All the stress from your body,

Relaxing your body and relaxing your mind.

And you can already feel your muscles loosening up and relaxing a little bit more,

Allowing your thoughts to pass by like the clouds in the sky without paying attention to them.

And slowly opening your eyes again.
