Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to sleep and increase your confidence,
Self-confidence.
This meditation will help you improve your self-esteem,
Self-confidence and depression.
I'm going to ask you to get into a comfortable position and in a place where no one will interrupt you for the next few minutes.
Take a deep breath in and release your breath.
That's it.
And while you're there listening to me,
I'm going to ask you to give yourself the opportunity to close your eyes whenever you feel like it.
And I'm going to ask you to give your body a chance to completely relax from head to toe.
And as you relax your body,
I'm going to ask you to watch your breath as the air moves in and out of your body.
And as you continue to watch your breath,
You'll notice that your body relaxes more and more.
And as you relax more and more,
Your breathing becomes calmer and more natural.
Your eye muscles relax more and more,
Allowing your eyes to relax even more and more.
Your eyes relax so much that you don't feel like using them anymore.
And you just let them sit there,
Resting comfortably and effortlessly.
And you can do a test to see how relaxed the muscles in your eyes are.
You try to open your eyes,
But you notice that your eyes are so relaxed that you don't even feel like opening them.
And even if your eyes open or don't open right now,
That doesn't really matter anymore,
Because now we're going to work on entering a deeper state of relaxation.
For this,
I'm going to ask you to mentally count your inhalations and your exhalations.
When inhaling,
You'll count one.
And as you exhale,
Two.
And when you inhale again,
Three.
And so on until you reach ten.
And when you reach ten,
You'll start to count backwards.
Nine.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
And so on until you reach one again.
And as you're counting your breaths from one to ten,
I'm going to ask you to mentally think that you can relax even more.
That you can relax twice as much as you are already relaxed.
And you can feel how your body relaxes twice as much.
And you feel a great inner calm that will increase spreading throughout your whole body.

Nine.
Eight.
Seven.
And so on.
Continue to count your breaths as your body continues to enter a deeper and more enjoyable state of relaxation.
Relaxing more and more.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.

Letting go of your body even more.
A very nice feeling of peace,
Tranquility,
And deep relaxation.
And you continue counting your breaths while you continue thinking that your body can relax even more.

Feeling like there is less desire to pay attention.
It's a sensation of well-being increasing twice as much.

Eight.
Nine.
Ten.
Deep concentration.
And you can already feel how you're entering a state of complete peace.
A feeling where nothing exists but this moment of inner peace.
Letting go of any thoughts that are not counting your breaths.
And watching how the air enters and leaves your body with each breath as your concentration becomes deeper and more pleasant.
It's a beautiful feeling of being and existing.
Just breathing and relaxing more and more.
Letting go of any physical or mental tensions completely.
You already feel much more relaxed.
You can already feel how easy it is to release the muscles of your body and let the muscles of your eyes stay there enjoying these moments.
The muscles of your face can stay there motionless without making any effort.
And each of the muscles in your face,
However small they are,
They're getting rid of any tension they may still have.
Constantly reminding you that the more you can relax,
The better you will feel afterwards.
And the more you relax,
The better you will feel and the healthier you will be.
And the more you relax,
The more love you can experience for yourself.
And the more you relax,
The easier you can learn any skills you want to learn.
There's a wave of relaxation that envelops your whole body and you feel it as it moves down your face.
Feeling the jaw muscles more relaxed.
Relaxing your neck muscles and your right shoulder and your left shoulder.
Continuing to relax your right arm and your left arm,
Including your elbows,
Your hands and fingers of your hands.
And continuing with a relaxation so deep that perhaps you can experience a relaxation that you have never experienced in your life.
How much can you relax right now?
What will be your limit of how much you can relax right now?
Relaxation is something we all naturally know how to do.
Deep down,
We all have the necessary processes to relax.
If you observe a cat or a dog,
It's very easy for them to just relax at any place,
No matter how noisy it is.
And you can continue to relax with this wave of relaxation through your chest and your internal organs that are working 24 hours a day to keep your body alive.
Keep them an opportunity at this time to rest and recover so that they can continue to work optimally.
Relaxing your belly,
Relaxing your lungs,
Relaxing your heart,
And relaxing different parts of your interior that can already feel more deeply relaxed.
It's a wave of relaxation that can also be experienced in your hips and your right leg and your left leg,
Your knees,
Your feet,
Your toes.

Right now,
You don't have to worry about anyone.
You don't have to do anything you don't want to do.
The best part of this moment is that you can take advantage of any situation or any feeling you may feel to feel better and better.
Right now,
You're taking the time to make the positive changes you need to make and your subconscious knows it.
This is the time to heal the things of the past and it is possible that at this moment those positive changes that are happening are beginning to have a positive effect in your life.
It is possible that you can experience some pleasant sensations in different parts of your body while giving yourself the opportunity to keep breathing comfortably and effortlessly.
These sensations are indicators that something positive is happening and that there are different parts of your being that are healing your past and things that need attention.
And you know deep down that it doesn't really matter what parts of your body are improving right now because you know that as long as you can relax more deeply your body knows what to do and your mind knows what to do to repair those parts that need to be fixed.
The tissues of your body and the parts of your mind that need to be repaired at a deeper level and with each passing moment your body feels better and better and your mind feels better and better because in this state of peace of mind and silence we can give ourselves the opportunity for our body to work better and better and we can also give our mind the opportunity to make the changes it deems necessary so that our confidence and self-esteem improve more and more.
And you know deep down that nothing really matters more than your health your well-being your happiness and the fact you can enjoy every moment of your life to the fullest.
Right now you don't have to do anything other than allow that part of you to take care of the processes of healing using your imagination to make the necessary changes for you.
And right now we're not talking about other people we're not talking about your family we're also not talking about your friends we are talking about you.
Right now it is your time to make and create positive changes for you.
Now is the time to create more confidence to increase your self-esteem to increase the self-love in your life.
This is the time to love yourself more.
This is the time to create that image of yourself as you would love to be.
This is the time to create the emotions you want to experience from now on.
This is the time to create the thoughts that will lead you to action.
This is the time to visualize yourself in the near future achieving your goals more easily what will happen first.
Change in your love life a change in your health a change in your wealth and perhaps you'll make small changes or perhaps you may take a giant leap.
It is all a matter of interest and the amount of attention that you can make available for those improvements to happen.
And deep down you know what is best for you.
You know that the best thing you can do is accept those positive changes in your life because it is convenient for you and for me for your life to improve because by being your best you'll be able to offer the best to others by being happy you'll be able to share that happiness with others and when you feel self love you'll be able to share that love with others.
For now,
Just keep breathing and observe how your confidence in yourself is increasing more and more and that confidence in yourself is going to grow more and more stable and at a deeper level since deep down you know that you can trust your self consciousness in making the best decisions for your being.
Deep down you know that in the past your self consciousness has worked for you many times and this is why you know that you can trust that part of you.
And when we talk about trust we're talking about faith and when we talk about confidence we're talking about faith since confidence means with faith and that is why we know that with faith we know that changes will come since you know you can trust yourself in different ways and in different manners you can also trust yourself in different areas of your life since faith and confidence can be experienced at any time in any area of your life and it really doesn't matter how many things we use our faith on faith continues to be faith and can give us that extra ingredient to stay stable in whatever we want without effort continue breathing in a comfortable and calm way and with a certainty that you're going to be fine as you continue to breathe comfortably and effortlessly continuing with that deep relaxation that will continue for as long as you consider necessary for now you can imagine yourself walking along a beautiful beach touching the white and soft sand with your feet the sun warming up to a comfortable and pleasant temperature the humidity is just the way you like it and the sound of the waves is heard and when listening to the sound of the waves you relax even more you can feel the sun and the breeze of the wind touching the skin of your face and walking along this beach with each step you take you feel more and more calm and a great inner peace it is a sensation of satisfaction and tranquility and you can smell the smell of the sea and that smell of salt water relaxes you even more you can see a couple of palm trees nearby and you want to lie down in the shade produced by these beautiful palm trees and a hammock that is tied between the two palm trees and you can see a small table next to the hammock where you find your favorite drink and you can taste your favorite drink and savor that refreshing taste in your mouth this relaxes you even more you feel safe you feel calm and with a great tranquility and satisfaction and you know that you don't have to do anything you don't have to go anywhere you don't have to achieve anything just relax and enjoy this moment lying in that hammock closing your eyes you can relax even more and in this state I'm going to ask you to imagine what you feel can relax you even more how much more can you relax now and what could you imagine that would relax you the most how deep can you relax now perhaps you can create images of how you would like to be or act in certain difficult situations in which you could perhaps react in a calm and self-confident way continue to breathe and continue to listen to the waves of the sea as they simply happen calmly and effortlessly at the same time that you continue to create those images of a more certain future and with greater joy and happiness above all with greater confidence in yourself and by continuing to create images you can also imagine yourself being as emotionally stable as a mountain that nothing moves it no matter how strong the wind blows it just doesn't move it remains motionless perhaps you could also imagine being your favorite animal and feeling great confidence being that animal at the same time that you continue to relax more and more and any tension that is still in your body is disappearing any tension that is still in each of your muscles is disappearing any tension that is still in any of your cells in your body is disappearing while your mind continues to visualize and create the images in your subconscious that you want allowing your imagination to run free and take you where you decide is best for you and in this state will enter an even deeper state of concentration a state where concentration is almost perfect a state where deep relaxation is felt even more and inner calm is experienced at an even deeper and more pleasant level because you and I know that relaxation is beautiful and it's a pleasant sensation that can give you more health and well-being this is the moment to release any stress tension or worry that you've had in the past or today because you know that by letting go of those unpleasant emotions you'll feel better and you'll be able to experience greater inner peace and a deeper calm and tranquility as well as great satisfaction of being and existing continue to breathe and continue to allow yourself the opportunity to relax even more and more and now you can also allow yourself the joy that comes right now from enjoying a state of serenity and calm as it spreads throughout your whole body this helps you to feel a more relaxed body and deeper and more pleasant levels of relaxation it is a heaviness that increases when you let go of everything completely and by letting go of everything completely and relaxing completely your mind also becomes super sensitive and more receptive to any positive suggestions that you know can benefit you and that you know will go directly to that part of you that is in charge of taking action in your life which will have a With each passing day you're becoming a more relaxed person who does not get carried away by any setbacks every day that passes by you're becoming a person who can experience inner peace and you can transmit that peace to others and every day that passes by you become more interested in life and in the things you are doing and every day that goes by you put your attention outside of you from the things that happen around you because you can enjoy more of the things that happen to you day by day in a positive way and with greater joy and happiness and by experiencing this confidence joy and happiness it will be easier for you to learn new skills and to have experiences that you have always wanted to try simply that now you're going to throw yourself into it with the confidence that you are going to be fine and by having these experiences as a result you'll gain more self confidence and think more clearly and you'll also be able to focus more easily on whatever you're doing with 100% of your attention at that moment thinking something feeling it and doing it with 100% of your attention to the point where you can ignore everything else until you finish that activity except in an emergency in which you can also deal with that situation in a calm and efficient way everything that happens will make you become a more positive person and you'll see life from a more positive perspective and consequently you'll be able to see things more clearly and you'll be able to deal with life with more energy and vibrate higher at the same time you stay calm and relaxed by facing these difficult situations in your life with ease and in an effective way and by staying calm you'll find that emotionally you become a calmer person that you're more accepting of yourself that it feels good to be the way you are because you love yourself just as you are no more,
No less by accepting yourself as you are you feel that you can relax mentally and physically because you no longer have to worry about what others think of you you simply worry about loving yourself more and more each day and that love you feel for yourself you'll be able to share with others because you'll notice that you have more confidence in yourself with each passing day and that you have more confidence in your abilities to do things because you can trust yourself and that you can do and undo as you wish and just like your goals and your dreams that you have wanted to manifest in your life you'll notice that now they can become a reality and your goals and your dreams that you have wanted to manifest in your life you'll notice that now they can become a reality because you notice that your actions and your thoughts help you to make your dreams and desires come true easily and effortlessly because you know that you do not need to suffer to be successful or to learn something new learning something new becomes a pleasant action you'll also notice that these days you can face changes in your life in a positive manner and with ease without effort because you don't resist change anymore but rather accept it and you focus on every moment all of which makes it easier to finish any task that you propose this gives you more confidence in yourself which makes you look for other challenges because you feel mentally and physically ready and strong to face any situation that life that life presents you this mental and physical strength gives you greater determinism and autonomy to decide what you want to achieve in your life and that desire for curiosity makes you see life with greater optimism and with satisfaction and pleasure knowing that you're going to be better and better every day in all aspects of your life and by creating more positive energy with that optimism you'll be vibrating high and you'll become a magnet of positive things things that you know will benefit you and the people around you this will also help you to use all your past experiences to create a better future and by creating a better future you'll notice that you can sleep more soundly and without any problems because you can experience peace of mind and great internal confidence that nothing and no one can move because your mental and physical stability is getting stronger and stronger every day this will make it so that every night you can go into a deep sleep and enjoy a deep refreshing rest and wake up with greater happiness and joy as you please waking up more relaxed mentally and physically feeling more alert and with more will to live feeling better than ever knowing that you can use your past experiences your skills your knowledge your intelligence and your good attitude to make your day a success and you'll be able to deal with any problem without a problem because you'll know exactly what to do and that is why each passing day will bring you greater happiness and greater confidence because you'll be achieving your purposes with greater ease and confidence and since you will continue to remain calm no matter what happens you'll remain relaxed in difficult situations I'll give you the necessary confidence to continue advancing day by day on your goals and desires this will make you want to do things and make your own decisions and trust that you can believe in yourself and what you decide and by expressing your ideas to others you'll be able to express them clearly and with the confidence that others will listen to you more easily just as you will have more confidence in saying what you think in a positive way and without hurting the feelings of others and every day that passes by that you practice this meditation you'll notice that your confidence increases more and more and my words begin to take more strength and become more powerful to the point that they begin to become a reality in your life and because you're going to use any situation in life to improve and learn from it this will also give you more confidence and you'll be able to live a more relaxed and effortless life and the more you relax the more you're opening your mind and your self-consciousness to a deep,
Relaxing restorative,
Refreshing and rejuvenating sleep the more you relax the more you will allow your body to achieve a deeper and more pleasant relaxation your arms and your legs become heavier and heavier your whole body becomes heavier and heavier and you know that sleeping is a process that your body does effortlessly and automatically you just relax more and more effortlessly and your body rests more and more and the more you rest the easier it makes you sleepy because you want to sleep this is the time to sleep soundly and rest and the more you relax the more you sleep and the more you sleep the easier it is to continue sleeping sleep and sleep and your body is ready to use all of its parts to rest and sleep deeply your self-consciousness is also ready to let go and rest deeply and enter the world of dreams and sleep soundly your conscious mind is also ready to sleep and let go of everything to rest and sleep soundly and your mind knows exactly what you need to be able to sleep soundly and without a problem and your mind knows exactly what it needs to do right now to begin the process of deep rest and it's activating it right now within you just like when you were a baby and you just lay there breathing comfortably and effortlessly and you slept when you felt like it and when you needed it that's why now you can remember when you were a baby and how you can sleep easily and in the same manner you can now decide to go back to sleep like a baby feeling that warmth of relaxation and that feeling of being loved like a baby knowing that you are in a safe place and you'll give that part of you that is in charge of sleeping the opportunity to take care that you rest soundly all night long so that the parts of you that have to heal heal feeling safe that you don't have to do anything right now you just let go and you'll enter the world of dreams there's a very deep calm when beginning to let go of the imagination and if there's any thought in your mind allow yourself to be carried away by these thoughts to create a pleasant dream and a pleasant sensation in your body for the rest of the night and if there's anything you need to repair tonight you can use your dreams to repair those parts of you just trust yourself and your self-conscious that knows what it has to do to produce the result that it considers necessary you trust yourself and your self-conscious that it will give you the solution and the new ways of seeing life and the necessary changes within you for now,
