Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this fountain for healing body,

Mind and spirit deep sleep meditation relaxation.

I have created this guided meditation to help you heal your body,

Mind and spirit while you are sleeping,

Naturally and effortlessly.

However,

If you feel that you need to see a doctor,

Please do so as this meditation is not a substitute for the care of a doctor and it's intended to help you improve at the same time you're getting professional care.

We'll start by observing what's around you at this moment.

Care of the objects,

Colors and smells around you.

That's it.

And now you may get into a comfortable position in a place where nobody will interrupt you for the next few minutes and close your eyes.

And little by little you'll start to bring your awareness and your attention to your breath.

Breathing is the most important thing we do and yet we tend to forget about it and never consciously breathe the best we are able to.

So feel your breath coming into your body as you prepare to listen to my voice and allow yourself to be guided into a nice,

Deep,

Sound sleep.

Perhaps you can begin by allowing yourself to breathe a little easier by choosing to take three nice,

Big,

Deep breaths,

Paying attention to what happens to your belly and your lungs as they expand when you do so and begin to loosen up by relaxing more and more.

One,

Take a deep breath in and exhale,

Allowing your body to relax more and more.

Two,

Take another deep breath in,

Allowing any worrisome thoughts to just fade away and exhale.

Three,

Take another deep breath in,

Filling your body with as much oxygen as you can and allow the air to escape from your body,

Relaxing you even further,

More and more.

Four,

Take another deep breath in and exhale,

Allowing any That's it.

And as you continue to breathe,

You may notice how you're already feeling a bit more calm and relaxed simply by breathing comfortably and effortlessly.

This feeling of relaxation is the beginning of self-love and self-care.

And continuing with this feeling,

You may begin to let go.

Let go of your body so your body may relax even more.

Beginning with consciously relaxing your head and the different parts of your head.

Relaxing your eyes.

Relaxing your nose.

Relaxing your mouth and your lips as you continue to breathe naturally.

Relaxing your neck and shoulders.

Feeling how your chest is moving with each breath as it relaxes more and more.

Relaxing your arms and your hands as your body continues to unwind from your day.

And perhaps there are some thoughts that are coming to mind.

However you continue to let go of these thoughts and continue to relax different parts of your body.

As you feel how your body sensations become even more comfortable.

Relaxing your back and your hips.

Relaxing your legs and your feet.

This relaxation also allows you to let go of your worries and anything that concerns you so you may relax and enjoy this guided meditation even more.

And that's it.

And this is a good time to allow your mind to drift and wonder through the thought of a small beautiful hand built fountain.

This is the fountain of healing relaxation.

It is built in a way that the water level is waist high and easy for you to access.

Perhaps there is even a sculpture that the water comes out of splashing down into the basin.

Or perhaps the water just shoots up and out of the water in a beautiful way.

However you see this fountain,

You can visualize it.

You notice the water is crystal clear but it also seems to glow with golden light.

You decide to touch with your hand the side of the fountain and feel the way it is built and how strong it is.

Now you decide to dip your fingertips into the golden water and as soon as you touch this water you feel a profound relaxation it gives you in your fingers.

You now choose to dip your entire hand in this healing water and the pleasure that this water brings you is so wonderful that you feel you must have more.

So you gather some in your right hand and splash it onto your left forearm.

You gather some more and cover your upper arm and shoulder with this water.

The moisture on your skin is glistening in the sunlight similar to how diamonds reflect light.

So you decide to do the same with your left hand,

Cupping the water and soaking your right arm with it and your right shoulder.

This water is not only extremely soothing but its appearance is stunning.

So you decide to cup both of your hands together and gather some of this glowing substance in your hands,

Gathering as much as you can,

Watching it slip through your fingers a little and spilling over the edges of your hands.

And this time you decide to bring the water to your mouth for a drink.

The water touches your lips and it is sublime.

This water is heavenly.

It nourishes you.

It rejuvenates you.

It relaxes you even more.

You feel how it prepares you to sleep deeply and soundly.

You decide to take another handful and drink some more.

This time you feel how your body feels rejuvenated and so you gather one more handful to splash on your face.

The water seems to wash away all the worries you've ever carried in your facial expressions over the years.

You notice how your body feels really good and refreshed,

Any physical pain,

Physical tensions,

Mental pain and mental tensions are washed away with this wonderful water.

JA IN OF Aian That's it.

You feel so good and relaxed.

You decide to just relax somewhere near this fountain,

Feeling completely free and clear and open-minded.

Just listening to the sounds of the fountain as they continue to heal you as you lay down next to this fountain on a really comfortable place of your choice.

Allowing yourself to experience any special messages that you have been needing to hear as you gently and kindly open your mind to anything you feel or hear in this relaxing dream state.

Ready to sleep deeply and effortlessly.

And whenever you choose to come back to the present,

Ready to take on the rest of your day with confidence,

You'll be able to do so without any effort.

As you know,

You are always in control during this meditation.

For now,

Continue breathing comfortably and effortlessly.

Allow your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit to heal and regenerate in this deep sleep state.

Feeling completely free and clear and open-minded.

Listening to the sounds of the fountain as they continue to heal your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit.

As you lay down next to this fountain on a really comfortable place of your choice.

Allowing yourself to experience any special messages that you have been needing to hear as you gently and kindly open to anything you feel or hear in this relaxing dream state.

Ready to sleep deeply and effortlessly.

Ready to take on the rest of your day with confidence,
