Explore MeditationHello & Welcome, my name is Jen. I am dedicated to helping people recreate their relationship with being human. I believe that life and death are not opposites, but companions—and meditation is the practice that helps us navigate both. Through my work as a Transition Coach, I bring together my experience as a meditation teacher, recreational therapy provider and end-of-life doula, inviting people to explore The Death Compass, an approach I created to help us orient toward our mortality with curiosity and courage. Meditation has been my own way home, grounding me in presence and teaching me that preparing for death is also being inspired to live. I support others in this journey through practices that align brain, body, breath, bonds and beyond—whether in the stillness of meditation, the joy of recreation, or tender conversations about death, grief and legacy. The practices you will encounter here are creative ways for me to gift meditation to the world. All of my practices are available for free here and on my YouTube channel as well.
