Welcome to our meditation.
Find a quiet and comfortable place,
Where you can sit without being disturbed.
As you begin to settle in,
Find the right comfortable sitting position for yourself,
Where you can fully relax.
And now please close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Slowly and deeply,
Feeling your lungs fill with fresh and clean air.
Hold it for a moment and now gently exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any stress or tension you may be holding onto.
And again,
Take another deep breath in,
Deep and steady.
Feel the air expanding your chest,
Bringing calmness and relaxation into your body.
And hold it for a second and now exhale slowly,
Letting go of any worries or thoughts that no longer serve you.
Continue to inhale and exhale in a natural,
Regular and deep way.
With each breath in,
You draw in peace and tranquility.
And with each breath out,
You release tension,
Stress and negativity.
As you breathe in,
Imagine a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head and gently flowing down through your whole body.
Feel it soothing your scalp,
Relaxing your forehead and softening your eyebrows.
Let this wave of calm flow down through your face,
Releasing any tension in your jaw and neck.
Breathe in deeply once more and as you exhale,
Feel your shoulders drop,
Releasing any heaviness they might carry.
Imagine the wave of relaxation moving down through your arms,
Your chest and your back,
Filling every part of you with a warm,
Comforting light.
With each breath,
Feel the relaxation spreading further,
Reaching your abdomen,
Your hips and your thighs.
Inhale deeply and as you exhale,
Let the calmness flow down through your knees,
Your calves and into your feet.
And now take a moment to notice how your body feels.
With each breath,
You are becoming more and more relaxed,
More and more at ease.
Every inhale brings in serenity and every exhale lets go of any remaining tension.
Then with each breath you take,
You are diving deeper into a peaceful,
Tranquil state.
With every exhale,
You are drifting further away from stress and worry and closer to a place of calm and serenity.
Feel how natural and easy it is to breathe this way,
To allow your body,
Mind and soul to sink deeper into relaxation.
With each breath,
You are creating a perfect balance,
A perfect harmony within yourself.
And now simply continue to breathe in this natural,
Regular and deep way.
Feel yourself relaxing more and more with each breath,
Each exhale taking you deeper in a state of profound calm and peace.
Know that as you continue this practice,
You are safe,
You are fine and you are allowing yourself to experience the full depth of relaxation and inner peace.
Just inhale and exhale in a natural,
Regular and deep way.
Just release all your stress and all your worries.
Just breathe,
Relax and let go.
Each breath guiding you,
Each exhale releasing,
Taking you deeper and deeper into a state of perfect relaxation.
Just continue with your natural,
Regular and deep breathing.
And now imagine yourself standing at the top of a wonderful staircase.
It is a beautiful and safe staircase,
Leading you down to a place of deep relaxation and positivity.
With each step you take,
You will go deeper into a state of peaceful relaxation.

As I count down from 10 to 1,
Take a step down and go deeper with each number.

Stepping down,
Feeling more relaxed.

Deeper and deeper.

Halfway there and feeling so good.

Deeper still into a state of bliss and harmony.

And 1,
At the bottom,
Feeling deeply relaxed and at peace.
Now imagine a wide open field.
This field stretches out as far as the eye can see,
Under a wonderful clear blue sky.
You are there in this wide open field.
And there are no boundaries,
No limits,
Only endless space and freedom.
Walk through this field and take in the sights and sounds.
Notice the color of the grass,
The flowers and the sky.
Hear the gentle rustling of the wind,
The distant song of birds and the peaceful silence of open space.
Feel the ground beneath your feet,
Solid and supportive.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,
Nurturing and energizing you.
Smell the fresh air,
Filled with a sense of nature and freedom.
In this deeply relaxed state,
Your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive ideas and suggestions.
And we are now going to address and release any blockages and limiting beliefs you may have regarding freedom.
Imagine yourself standing in this vast open field under the clear blue sky.
This field represents the limitless freedom which is available for you.
And as you walk through the field,
You become aware of any blockages or limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from experiencing true freedom.
These blockages may appear as dark clouds or heavy chains that you are carrying.
Acknowledge these blockages,
Knowing that they are simply old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.
Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Visualize these dark clouds or heavy chains dissolving and fading away.
Feel the weight lifting from your shoulders as you release each blockage.
And as you continue to release these blockages,
These limiting beliefs,
Repeat the following affirmations silently,
Allowing them to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.
I am worthy of freedom.
I release now all my blockages and limiting beliefs about freedom.
I am open to experiencing unlimited freedom in my life.
I embrace my ability to make choices that empower me.
I am grateful for the freedom that flows into my life.
I am worthy of freedom.
I release now all my blockages and limiting beliefs about my freedom.

Imagine a glowing golden orb of light forming in front of you.
This orb represents the infinite freedom of the universe.
See and feel this golden light pulsing with energy,
Radiating strength,
Liberation and peace.
Now imagine this golden light beginning to move towards you.
As it reaches you,
Feel it gently enveloping you,
Filling your entire being with the energy of true freedom.
Let this golden light flow through you,
Your mind,
Soul and body,
Touching every cell,
Every fiber and every part of your whole nature.
Feel this energy dissolving any feelings of restriction or limitation,
Replacing them with feelings of freedom,
Of liberation,
Of opportunities.
Allow yourself to fully embrace this golden energy,
Knowing that you are deserving all of the freedom of the universe.
And now please repeat the following affirmations to yourself silently.

Wide awake,
Feeling wonderful and free.
Open your eyes,
Stretch yourself,
And take a deep breath.
You are now fully awake and ready to enjoy the rest of your day,
Carrying with you the energy and feeling of true freedom.
