Welcome to our meditation.
Find a quiet and comfortable place,
Where you can sit without being disturbed.
As you begin to settle in,
Find the right comfortable sitting position for yourself,
Where you can fully relax.
And now please close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Slowly and deeply,
Feeling your lungs fill with fresh and clean air.
Hold it for a moment and now gently exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any stress or tension you may be holding onto.
And again,
Take another deep breath in,
Deep and steady.
Feel the air expanding your chest,
Bringing calmness and relaxation into your body.
And hold it for a second and now exhale slowly,
Letting go of any worries or thoughts that no longer serve you.
Continue to inhale and exhale in a natural,
Regular and deep way.
With each breath in,
You draw in peace and tranquility.
And with each breath out,
You release tension,
Stress and negativity.
As you breathe in,
Imagine a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head and gently flowing down through your whole body.
Feel it soothing your scalp,
Relaxing your forehead and softening your eyebrows.
Let this wave of calm flow down through your face,
Releasing any tension in your jaw and neck.
Breathe in deeply once more and as you exhale,
Feel your shoulders drop,
Releasing any heaviness they might carry.
Imagine the wave of relaxation moving down through your arms,
Your chest and your back,
Filling every part of you with a warm,
Comforting light.
With each breath,
Feel the relaxation spreading further,
Reaching your abdomen,
Your hips and your thighs.
Inhale deeply and as you exhale,
Let the calmness flow down through your knees,
Your calves and into your feet.
And now take a moment to notice how your body feels.
With each breath,
You are becoming more and more relaxed,
More and more at ease.
Every inhale brings in serenity and every exhale lets go of any remaining tension.
Then with each breath you take,
You are diving deeper into a peaceful,
Tranquil state.
With every exhale,
You are drifting further away from stress and worry and closer to a place of calm and serenity.
Feel how natural and easy it is to breathe this way,
To allow your body,
Mind and soul to sink deeper into relaxation.
With each breath,
You are creating a perfect balance,
A perfect harmony within yourself.
And now simply continue to breathe in this natural,
Regular and deep way.
Feel yourself relaxing more and more with each breath,
Each exhale taking you deeper in a state of profound calm and peace.
Know that as you continue this practice,
You are safe,
You are fine and you are allowing yourself to experience the full depth of relaxation and inner peace.
Just inhale and exhale in a natural,
Regular and deep way.
Just release all your stress and all your worries.
Just breathe,
Relax and let go.
Each breath guiding you,
Each exhale releasing,
Taking you deeper and deeper into a state of perfect relaxation.
Just continue with your natural,
Regular and deep breathing.
And now imagine yourself standing at the top of a wonderful staircase.
It is a beautiful and safe staircase,
Leading you down to a place of deep relaxation and positivity.
With each step you take,
You will go deeper into a state of peaceful relaxation.

Take a step down and go deeper with each number.

Imagine now that you are in a wonderful,
Peaceful place.
This could be a beach,
A forest,
A garden or any place where you feel completely at ease and secure.
Take a moment to explore this place with all your senses.
Feel the gentle breeze on your skin.
Hear the soothing sounds around you.
And see the beauty of your surroundings and smell the fresh,
Calming scents in the air.
And as you continue to relax in this wonderful,
Peaceful place,
You find yourself becoming even more deeply relaxed,
More at peace with each passing moment,
Allowing this sense of deep relaxation to permeate every part of your being.
Now in this deeply relaxed state,
Bringing your awareness to the core of your being,
Within you lies your inner divine nature,
The pure essence of who you truly are.
Imagine a brilliant,
Radiant light at the center of your being.
This light represents your divine nature,
Your connection to God and the unity with all of creation.
And as you focus on this light,
Feel it growing brighter and stronger,
Filling you with a profound sense of peace,
Divine love and harmony.
This light is the pure essence of divinity within you,
And it connects you to God and all of creation.
Now imagine this divine light expanding,
Flowing through every part of your being.
It moves through your mind,
Bringing clarity,
Wisdom and divine insight.
It flows through your heart,
Filling you with unconditional love,
Understanding,
Compassion,
Wisdom and joy.
And it moves through your whole body,
Bringing healing,
Vitality and strength.
As this divine light expands,
It connects you with the infinite love and wisdom of God,
And with the unity of all creation.
Feel this connection growing stronger and deeper,
Knowing that you are a part of the divine whole,
That the divine whole is a part of you.
Allow yourself to fully experience this state of divine unity and harmony.
Feel the profound sense of divine peace,
Divine love and divine fulfillment that comes from being in true harmony with yourself,
With God and with creation.
Know that this is your true nature and that you can access this divine state whenever you want.
As you continue to bask in this divine light,
Affirm to yourself,
I am one with my divine nature.
I am in harmony with God and creation.
I am filled with divine love,
Wisdom and peace.
My life is fulfilling and meaningful.
Repeat these affirmations silently for yourself.
I am one with my divine nature.
I am in harmony with God and creation.

My life is truly fulfilling and meaningful.

And feel these affirmations becoming a part of your being,

And remember the divine connection and harmony you are experiencing today are always available,
Are always within you and are growing every day,
Every hour,
Naturally,
Automatically.
And you can return to this state of deep relaxation and divine unity whenever you need,
Whenever you want.
And take a moment to reflect on these positive changes you have made and know that you are a divine being,
A beloved child of God.
Connected to God,
Connected to the whole creation.
Being capable of living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
And thank you for allowing yourself this time of deep healing and transformation.
And take a few moments to fully integrate this experience of divine unity and harmony.
Know that these positive changes are now a permanent part of you and you can access this divine unity whenever you want to.
In a moment I will count from one to five.
With each number you will gradually return to full awareness,
Feeling refreshed,

Slowly coming back to the present moment.

Feeling the energy returning to your physical body.
And three,
Becoming more and more aware of your surroundings,
Taking some deep breath.

You are fully awake,
Alert and deeply connected to your divine nature,
To God and to creation.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and return to the present,
Do some stretching,
Bringing with you a sense of deep inner peace,
