Chakras are the concentrated energy centers of the body.
They have the loving responsibility of taking in energy to keep us functioning at optimum levels.
Sound and vibration are powerful tools for healing and transformation.
Aum being the original sound of universe is a powerful mantra that raises the vibration and helps to bring in positive energy.
This meditation includes the healing sound of Aum and affirmations related to each chakra.
As we will move from one chakra to the next,
Repeating affirmation is not required as words have their own energy.
Just feel the words.
However,
If you wish you can chant Aum in your mind.
As we begin this practice,
Make yourself comfortable with your spine straight either sitting or lying down.
Allow your eyes to close down gently and invite your attention to rest on your breath.
Breathe naturally through your nose and observe the rise and fall of your belly.
This awareness practices about feeling the sensations of your body from within.
Breathe in love,
Peace and joy and breathe out all that no longer serves you.
Now imagine a shaft of bright white light coming from the source,
Enters your body through your crown chakra and fills each and every cell of your being with bright white positive light.
This light gives you a feeling of being warm,
Safe,
Calm and protected.
Now visualize a bright golden ball with energy and symbol of Aum entering your crown chakra and goes down to the root chakra located at the base of your spine.
Feel this ball with Aum symbol spinning in your root chakra cleansing and clearing all blockages.
As I focus on this red light that radiates from my root chakra,
I know I am healthy,
Wealthy and wise.
I am willing to release all my old patterns of fear and insecurity to live with joy and well-being.
I am deeply rooted,
Grounded and stable.
Now allow the sound and the symbol of Aum move to the sacral chakra located below your navel and it spins in and around it cleansing and clearing this chakra of all the negativity.
As I focus on this orange light that radiates from my sacral chakra,
I feel radiant,
Vibrant and alive.
I totally love and approve of myself at all times.
I am in touch with my purpose and passion in life.
Now bringing your awareness to the next chakra that is solar plexus chakra located above your navel.
Imagine the energy of Aum spinning in it and clearing all the blockages.
As my attention goes on the yellow light that radiates from my solar plexus,
I release judgment and let myself flow and glow.
I am powerful,
Playful and profound.
Now let the vibration and energy of Aum move to the heart chakra located the center of your chest and cleanse As I focus on the intense green light that radiates from my heart,
I feel at one with the unconditional love that I am.
I forgive myself and forgive those who need forgiving across time,
Dimension,
Space and reality.
I love myself and extend that love out into the world.
Now allow the sound and vibration of Aum enter the throat chakra and releasing any blocks related to the chakra.
As I visualize the beautiful blue light that radiates from the throat chakra,
I realize that it is safe for me to express my feelings with courage and confidence.
My communication is open,
Clear,
Kind and authentic.
Next,
Breathe in the energy and sound of Aum into the third eye chakra located between two eyebrows,
Clearing and cleansing of all negative energies with the sound of Aum.
As I focus on the deep indigo blue color that radiates from my third eye,
All negative thoughts,
Feelings and memories are erased.
I follow my intuition and inner guidance.
I am in touch with my higher self.
Now moving up,
Visualize the golden ball of Aum entering the crown chakra and spinning in and around it,
Releasing any stuck energy.
As I focus on the violet light that radiates from my crown chakra,
I feel my strong spiritual connection to Source.
I am one with the universal consciousness.
Now imagine the golden ball going out of the crown chakra and traveling up to the Source,
Taking away all the blocked and negative energy from your body and energy field that no longer serves you.
The Source has the power to transmute it.
You have the power of Aum with you that helps you feel grounded,
Rejuvenated,
Healed and relaxed.
Slowly and gradually bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Wiggling your toes and fingers and feeling your body supported.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Feeling deeply relaxed,
Safe and at peace.
