Every morning,

Spending few minutes to express gratitude for the blessings surrounding us,

We realize that our life is overflowing with blessings.

It is the emotional signature that attracts more good things in our life.

It is a vitamin for the soul.

Make yourself comfortable by sitting or lying down,

Whatever feels right for you.

Call back your energy from people,

Thoughts,

Places and events and be in the present moment.

Let your awareness settle on your breath.

Let us begin by generating a deep sense of gratitude for the breath itself.

I am grateful for this breath that connects me to this life.

I am thankful for all the senses that enable me to see,

Hear,

Smell,

Taste and touch.

Immense gratitude to my incredible body and all the organs that work day and night tirelessly to keep me active and alive.

I bless,

Love and thank all my organs.

I thank all the challenges that I had in my life.

I am thankful for all the troubles I had as they have made me a strong person and gratitude to all the troubles I don't have.

I am grateful for all that I am,

I have ever been and I will ever be.

I convey my gratitude to all the natural forces,

The earth beneath me,

The sun,

The moon and the sky above me,

Air,

Water and plants around me as they all are the most significant source of my survival on this planet.

I am thankful to all the teachers I learned my lessons from.

I thank my inner wisdom for being the guiding light.

Magic of gratitude and blessings for others fill your own life with abundance and blessings.

Now randomly think about any three things or people who you want to convey your gratitude for being there in your life.

Imagine them in front of you one by one and say,

I bless you,

I love you,

I thank you.

I will leave you here for a few moments.

I bless,

Love and thank my existence on this planet.

I thank this beautiful day that is going to unfold many blessings.

I appreciate the flow of miracles and blessings in my life today and always.

I will leave you with a quote by Rumi,

If you say only one prayer in a day,

Make it thank you.
