So this meditation is to help you to release old patterns,
Any subconscious blocks you might have,
Calm the body and to free any karmic loops and obstructions.
Finally,
To help you live your life completely free and fully expressed.
I'm going to take you through a three-step process to have all of that happen.
Please be as open as possible right now to let me in,
To try it out,
To see what it could bring you.
So I invite you to drop your shoulders,
Relax them,
Release your jaw,
Notice the breath in your stomach,
Moving in and out,
Release any part of the mind which is predicting what may come next,
Find an inner smile,
Relax.
Remember that version of you as a child that just played and laughed.
So we're going to the first step,
Removing the karmic pattern.
So find one pattern that is repeating for you,
Repeated for a while or recently,
A loop that you might be stuck in.
It could be repeated tension when you're with someone or in a situation or when you think about one part of your life or yourself.
Just hold whatever that is right now and then bring your awareness to your stomach.
This is where it lives.
Try and locate a house,
A home that this lives in and notice how it feels,
This thought,
This reaction,
This fire,
This sadness,
This frustration,
Whatever it is for you.
Fully feel it as it tries to keep emerging in your life and know that you are innocent.
It's not your fault and you can simply watch as this behavior,
This inner energy wants to move in your stomach,
Moving against the walls,
Erratically perhaps,
Trying to escape and move your body and react.
Just notice your breath,
Bring your attention to your third eye and let this energy move out of your head and to the ground.
Let it move in these directions,
Out of your stomach,
Towards the head of the ground,
Disperse.
Now we move to the second part which is changing,
Transforming the perspective you have.
How has this thing that you just released,
How has it been transformed?
What has it been transformed into?
Could it be a lesson?
Could it be freedom?
Is there some edge that you're being called to lean into right now?
Is there a transformation,
A version of you that is unleashed and free and you feel that fire again in your stomach,
Alive once again?
And feel the Sun in your stomach where you find that real you,
That true you that wants to be expressed.
Let that move through your body,
Into your heart,
Left side of the heart and the right side of the heart and the center of the heart.
Your karmic loop has been covering something powerful.
The challenge is really a desire.
Feel that in your body right now.
Something wanting to burst out of you,
Empowering you.
Finally the third step is we create new karma.
How does this want to be expressed,
This energy?
Bring your awareness to your creative intelligence and that voice and that knowing.
How does this want to come out as an action that you create,
As a way you operate?
Who is this fully expressed to you that we can karmically create?
What has to happen?
What would you love to do?
Really feel that.
Feel the way you behave as this shining light.
The really feel that in your body.
Feel it move to your third eye and then finally we'll move through that whole sequence together quicker.
Feel the thing that has been limiting and in the way in your stomach being removed through the ground and the sky.
And then feel that real power within you emerging,
Transforming you and wanting to burst out of your throat and your chest and your whole being.
And then finally be really still and aware of how that person is,
How you are as an expressed version.
How your life will get created as a result of that.
You act like this,
You do this.
This is what is going to emerge.
It's going to.
It already lives inside of you.
It's already there.
It's already there.
This reality is already there.
It exists and you feel it.
You feel it.
Feel it,
See it,
Know it.
So you can now start feeling the toes as we start closing off the practice.
Feel the toes and let's allow all that energy to move down into the ground,
Into your toes.
Let all the energy ground slowly like water releasing down through your body and moving towards the toes,
Releasing the practice.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
