This is the blue flame meditation.
Start by noticing your body.
Left foot and the right foot.
Just notice them.
And feel them.
Notice how it feels to be in this body.
To have this body.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your forehead.
Feel the eyeballs relaxing into the sockets.
Let the whole body melt.
Sinking into the ground.
Notice your breath now.
Stomach rising and falling.
All on its own.
Without you doing anything.
The air is coming into your body.
Belly rises.
And then it's coming out.
The whole body is just melting.
Energy in.
Energy out.
Continue tracking the in.
And then find an inner smile in your chest.
As if your heart.
A little child in you is smiling.
And then bring your awareness to your stomach.
Look.
And visualize the flame.
The flame that is lighting up a room.
A big flame.
An inviting flame.
A warming flame.
As if the flame is love itself.
It's loving you.
Keep observing your breath.
Flame is live.
In your stomach.
And then bring your awareness to the point between your eyebrows.
The third eye area.
And visualize a blue flame.
A blue flame.
A blue flame.
Between your eyebrows.
Move into the top of your head.
Cool blue.
A cool blue flame.
In your head.
Notice how that feels.
Feel that cool blue flame.
Move down.
Towards your heart.
And feel the flame from your stomach.
Also moving to your heart.
And the two flames.
Become one.
Dancing around the heart.
Feel that.
Joining.
From the head.
From the stomach.
Into the heart.
There's nothing to do here.
Instead just allow.
Allow this to come through.
Allow a play inside.
The dancer in you.
The power in you.
And the love in you.
All becoming one.
Spiraling into the heart.
Stay here.
Notice the heartbeat.
Notice the center within you.
The eternal power center.
Within the heart.
And allow this energy to come outside of you now.
And surround your body.
So you become.
One unified flame.
The top of your head.
The soles of your feet.
And the heart.
Notice your breathing.
And notice who you are.
Allow.
Who you are in this state.
Allow this flame.
To shine as who you are.
We're now going to start.
Ending the practice.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Allow yourself to stay connected.
To the flame inside you.
Through the heart.
Allow this to continue into your day.
Rather than just ending it here.
Allow.
That's what I wish for you.
Start feeling your feet on the ground.
As we start gently returning.
Notice the environment around you.
Dimensions around you.
Space around you.
Take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
So moving your fingers and toes.
Waking up.
Once again.
And then gently.
Open your eyes.
Slow down.
There's no rush to go anywhere yet.
Even if your eyes are open.
Keep that inner flame inside of you.
Take it into your day.
Smile.
