such a fantastic and peaceful meditation. brought me to a place of acknowledgement around the distracted energy that has been seeping through my focus. I must create. in all the ways I can. without worrying about the outcome or result of my work. the energy I have is energy that must move. grateful to find clarity through vipassana meditation. 😌🙏🏾

Really great. There is a phone that rings iim the last 7 minutes and I thought it was my phone. It took me out of the meditation for a moment and I found my way back.
