3 minute diaphragmatic breathing with exhale duration longer than inhale duration.

Settle down and breathe in as slowly and as deeply as you can.

As you breathe in push your tummy out away from your spine.

Now breathe out as slowly as you can,

As deeply as you can.

And as you breathe out get your tummy back towards your spine.

Keep the duration of your breathing out slightly longer than the duration of your breathing in.

Breathe in slowly and deeply and as you breathe in push your tummy out away from your spine.

And breathe out as slowly and deeply with the duration slightly longer than your inhale.

And as you breathe out get your tummy back to your spine.

Breathe in deeply and slowly pushing your tummy out.

Breathe out deeply slowly and pushing your tummy back in towards your spine.

With the duration of exhale longer than inhale.

Breathe in slowly deeply.

Breathe out slowly deeply.

With exhale longer than your inhale.

Breathe in slowly deeply.

Breathe out slowly deeply.

As you breathe in push your tummy away from your spine.

As you breathe out pull your tummy back towards your spine.

Remember to keep the duration of your exhale longer than your inhale.
