Throughout this session Rae encourages you to take notice of how you speak to yourself and how you call yourself home to breath and body. Using gentle prompts and suggestions, Rae encourages a non-judgemental awareness and asks us to imagine more compassionate and tender ways of speaking to ourselves, particularly when we're feeling lost or disconnected.
