The Rose Garden Heart Chakra Meditation

I introduce to you a new heart chakra meditation, set in a beautiful rose garden at sunset. It’s a little more ethereal. Allow these beautiful roses to heal you, and encourage your heart to gently open and expand. And I think this comes naturally as our hearts seem to be being upgraded or elevated, and I’ve felt the higher heart centre opening up more for everyone, merging and flowing with the heart chakra. So this meditation gently creates a blend of these two energies. For healing, heart expanding, pink lemonade deliciousness and purple kisses. 

And roses are just my favourite flower and so mystical 🌹 if you like the rose garden in my Venus meditation, this is a similar vibe.

Welcome to the Rose Garden Heart Chakra Meditation.

Let's begin by taking a few calming breaths.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And one more time,

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

I want you to imagine yourself standing outside of a beautiful painted white metal gate full of patterns.

This gate leads to a rose garden.

You can already see the beauty that you are about to enter.

The sky is a gorgeous pink sunset and the air is full of balmy summer warmth.

As it wrap you in comfort and love.

You feel the anticipation brewing,

The energy of this garden calling to you,

Inviting you in.

You approach the gate,

Sliding your hand around the cool metal and feel it open with ease.

As you enter this rose garden,

It's like a wave of love hits you.

A breeze of comfort and warmth swirls around you,

Gradually building.

Caressing your skin,

Caressing your being,

Welcoming you.

You look around and see roses blooming in every colour you can imagine.

It's as though they are speaking to you.

Whispering words of adoration and peace.

You find a spot on the warm grass to sit or lie down.

And you gaze up at the pink and purple sky,

The stars just beginning to appear.

The roses everywhere framing your vision,

Petals nearby kissing your skin.

This is a magical rose garden.

Where anything is possible.

Any feeling is possible.

The air is rich with magic.

Feel this air,

Balmy and warm.

The sky becoming an even richer shade of pink as the sun sets.

You can smell the fragrance of the flowers blooming.

This warmth and love in the air is palpable.

You feel your heart centre awakening.

As though sweetly stirring from a nap,

It gently arises to meet with this energy.

Feel the magic of this rose garden softening you.

Without even having to try.

Feeling any anger in your heart.

Soothing any grief.

A healing balm of energy on any pain and hurt.

And your heart begins to gently pour its own loving energy outwards.

Mixing and swirling with this beautiful rose garden energy.

You don't have to try and do anything.

Your heart is doing it all for you.

Spreading its love.

Filling you up with this magic and love.

Allow your heart to awaken.

Allow this love to flow.

It's safe here for you to feel this loving energy.

This is your sanctuary.

This is the highest expression of your heart.

This is the beautiful pink and purple love energy that is always a part of you and cannot be separate.

It can only sleep,

But it will always wake up.

Dwell in these energies for a while now.

Allowing the mystical qualities of this rose garden to create a change in you.

A subtle shift in perspective.

A harmonizing of energies.

All you have to do is intend it.

Allow it without force.

This is the gentle and beautiful energy that you are awakening,

That you are nurturing.

And simply be here.
