Heart like a sunset You can sit or lie down,
Find a comfortable position and we will begin this meditation.
Just allow your breath to be soft and natural in and out of your nostrils.
Allowing your whole body to begin to soften,
To melt.
Allowing your hips to unwind.
Let go.
Allowing your shoulders to soften,
Release.
Allowing your jaw to relax.
Feeling your whole face begin to relax.
Let you begin this journey.
I want you to draw your attention,
Your awareness,
Your focus very gently to the centre of your chest.
Not your heart,
The organ,
But your heart centre,
The part of your energetic body where you feel the most love.
Where you feel the most a loving energy in this heart centre,
This energetic point,
Tuning in to this advanced energy.
Beyond time and space.
Ancient and wise.
You may begin to feel a ripple as you place your focus here now.
And you can imagine a diamond shape here in your heart centre if you like with a bright light pouring out.
Maybe it's a swirling spiral.
However it appears for you today is perfect.
So just begin to allow this energy to flow more and more.
