Heart Energy Purification

This is a gentle journey into the subtle realms of the energy centre of the heart. We will ground and settle our beings, and allow a natural and effortless clearing of any debris and old hurts and stories residing within our hearts. Once we reconnect with the true frequency of our own heart, our own loving nature, we can allow new more harmonious, healing songs to sing forth. This is a simple yet powerful process that can be repeated regularly.
