This is a poetic meditative journey, through sensual and soft surrender combined with the powerful force that you are. This is a dreamy, flowing experience without any set structure. All you have to do is listen and allow yourself to begin to open to observing the variety of textures within you and through you, and just see what reveals itself to you. You can listen in meditation, before sleep, or simply walking or going about your day.

Welcome to this poetic meditative journey,

Flowers and Thunder.

Just allow yourself to begin to settle here.

Coming in a state of being that is relaxed,

Soft.

Just here,

Just now.

Noticing any sensations,

Your breath gently flowing in and out of your nose.

Feeling a sense of gentle aliveness,

Of you,

Ever present.

Like a beautiful field of flowers,

Gentle and alive.

Aware being,

With a sky of thunder above you,

That is also you.

Moving and shifting,

With seemingly effortless power.

This awareness,

This force.

With the softness of the flowers,

Resting,

Receiving,

Knowing.

With the power of the sky,

Transforming,

Effortless strength.

And how it all just is.

Pondering the awareness of nothing and everything,

All at once.

And how your awareness moves and expands,

Like this moving sky,

To hold it all.

Noticing this vast sense of your inner world,

This delicate knowing,

Beyond the five senses of who and what you really are.

Beyond words,

It is beyond words.

And as you gently invite this sensation in,

It feels inescapable,

As inevitable as this sky.

The variety of experiences of the awareness of you,

All here,

All available,

All moving and flowing with your awareness.

Beyond who you think you might be,

Beyond stories and memories,

There is this untouchable,

Yet ever-present you.

Feeling this softness and this strength weaving together,

Like an opening,

An invisible gateway to your truth,

To the truth.

Strangely,

Like you are floating through deep soil.

Powerful forces of movement and freedom,

And sweet,

Grounding safety,

All at the same time,

All here,

It's all here.

All that we might call you,

Not your name,

Not your story,

Not your hopes or your fears.

The real you,

Silent and wise as the gentle flowers,

And powerful as the storming clouds,

The claps of thunder,

All a part of you,

And your essence,

All you.

And there is a whisper of inner knowing,

Moving into your awareness now,

As you deeply listen with your whole being,

Effortlessly.

Just be here,

Swimming in these sensations and awareness for a few moments now.

I like the poetic metaphors overall the storm and the flowers. I didn't get the floating in soil part. I like the rain and thunder it was cozy yet maybe a little to regularly repetitive; and maybe I would have liked some music or some solid concept to grasp upon? Overall thanks for the great stuff!
