
Cozy Cosmic Yoga Nidra With Dream Space Meditation
This is a special guided meditation that consists of a slow and soothing yoga nidra, inspired by starlight and cold nights, followed by a very powerful experience I like to call entering the dream space. A mystical space where you sink deeply into your own knowing that anything is possible and you are all-powerful. This is the art of nourishing rest. Yoga Nidra can be helpful for anxiety, depression, any kind of symptoms of PTSD, or for pain relief. It is a process I personally use regularly for my nervous system. The first part is dedicated to the cozy rest and respite of the yogic sleep, and the second part is dedicated to the dream space. If you fall asleep during the Nidra that is no problem either, let yourself rest, the more you practice yoga Nidra the easier staying awake will become.
