Can you allow it to expand?
As though you are tuning in to a certain frequency.
There has always patiently been there,
Lovingly in the background.
And if you stop and intend.
And listen.
And wait.
You can hear it.
You can feel it.
Feel now the frequency of your heart energy.
The frequency of your heart vibration.
Feel spark.

You And as this energy grows,
It's as though all of the stars are singing and swirling within your heart.
This momentum creating a field of energy.
Beckoning the same energy to arise all around you in your world.
Spring forth,
Resurrecting the heart of nature,
Reborn anew of ancient knowing.

Sacred heart,
Celestial heart,
Your heart,
Energy ready to emerge now.
Like an inner springtime that is constant,
Everlasting,
An expansion.
Gently,
This heart energy and essence expands.
Connecting with the heavens and the earth.

A living essence,
A living expression of you,
Eternal you.

Carrying it gently.
Expand.

A new frontier and then contract.
Playing with the boundaries of where you thought this loving energy could not yet reach.
Playing with your celestial heart energy.

Utilizing this loving grace that you hold.
