Welcome to this guided meditation.
Bountiful blessings.
You can sit or lie down,
Just find a comfortable position for you today.
Whatever will bring you the most ease right now.
And I invite you to gently close your eyes,
And allow a sigh to move through your body.
And now,
And throughout,
Just allowing your breath to be soft and natural,
In and out of your nose.
A peaceful breath.
Allowing your body internally to begin to follow its own natural pathway of unwinding and relaxing.
Softening.
Softening the edges of yourself.
Releasing your grip,
As though this were a space you could truly let yourself rest,
Let yourself be.
You can feel a sense of safety arriving,
Beginning to surround you now.
Like a warm blanket,
Feel your jaw beginning to soften and relax.
Feel your lower back beginning to soften.
Your ribcage,
Unclenching,
Bit by bit,
The grip you have been holding throughout your whole body,
Is invited here and now,
To just begin to soften.
That's all.
As though this is the most natural thing in the world for you,
To return to your natural state of peace.
And just like this natural state of peace,
You have a natural state of blessings,
Beauty,
Of security and safety,
Running through you like an invisible river.
It never stops,
It's always there for you to place your palm upon,
To receive and surrender to the flow,
To remember in the flow.
Like an invisible realm that you just sense,
And maybe you had forgotten,
And maybe this remembering is subtle.
As subtle as water running through your fingertips,
Yet it is constant,
Never-ending,
And here for you,
Through you.
You deserve it all,
Just for you being you,
Just for you being,
Just because.
And somewhere deep within,
You already know this,
You can allow any worries to rise in these waters,
And also just let them merge and flow with these invisible rivers of water.
As the sensation of this flow begins to grow,
You know that there is nothing to resist,
There is nothing to fear.
There is nothing to fear when you know and remember,
You can always return to flow.
Powerful yet gentle,
Everywhere moving.
Let these rivers mould and shape your world,
Your mind,
For you.
Let these waters cleanse and renew your thoughts for you.
Nothing you need to do,
No fight within this flow,
Only comfort,
Only ease.
And this sense of surrender may feel unfamiliar,
And that's okay,
Yet really,
Truly it is the most familiar thing.
And what if all you really have to do is to let this river run,
To let your body soften,
To let your mind flow as thoughts come and go,
Because there is no stopping this river of blessings.
It's always here,
Maybe in the background.
All you are doing is returning to this flow of your true self,
And allowing this river of bountiful goodness to rise with a boldness that is yours,
With a boldness that is sure.
What do you desire?
It's yours.
And who are you in the having of this wish?
Who are you really in this flow,
As the true shaper of your world,
Of your sense of being?
Like a painter from another realm,
Painting through an invisible veil,
Where can you let go and flow?
What beautiful blessings are arising through your heart,
Known and unknown,
And what if this is who you truly are,
The one with ease,
The one who receives,
The one who gives,
The one who flows with the waters,
Knowing there is always enough in the softening,
The one for whom seeming miracles are just natural,
And if you are desiring,
You simply drink from these invisible waters,
You relax into them,
And watch as the life within them effortlessly melds your world,
And what if it really is so easy,
And ease is the secret pathway,
Whispered through the trees,
And sung from the skies,
To everything you wish for,
This satiated you,
This serene you,
The true you,
Is here now,
You are powerful enough to allow this ease,
Running through all,
No force,
It is simply all already yours at your fingertips,
Sweeping through your world,
Whatever you require,
Is already nourishing you,
Is already yours,
Here in these waters,
And flows through you every day,
As you soften and lean back,
Sinking into this feeling,
Into this being,
Into this you,
The true you,
Who knows,
Deep within,
Who you really are,
And that this is how it truly is,
This effortless state of flow,
And you let old stories rise,
And let them fall,
And gradually you remember,
Just how powerful you are,
Like this water,
You have your own unique way of flowing,
As your mind slows,
And the river flows,
And this truth takes the lead,
As you relax into simply knowing,
In a radical sense of surrender,
So strange,
And yet also,
So true,
Just stay here for a few moments,
In the energy of these blessings,
As you experience simply receiving,
Flowing,
And allowing your desires to rise within these waters,
Mixing and becoming a part of who you are,
Knowing this is who you are now.
