There is a flow for every place and everything. There is a part of this flow that is yours and yours to carry. At a point in space and time, that part will return to the flow. As you carry it, carry yourself with grace and care. I hope this video speaks to someone who needs to hear it.

Finding the Flow of Meditation One way that we find the flow in life is by observing and surrendering. Surrendering, In this context, Can be the same as accepting. Sit quietly and notice your breath and notice the direction and the route. Imagine you could see it coursing through you like a car might navigate an intricate racetrack. Imagine you could see your breath and observe your thoughts as if you were in a family station wagon, Taking a leisurely stroll through the town of your mind. Notice what kind of stops you might make along the way. Allow your facial features, Your shoulders, Your hips, Your knees and your toes to relax. And imagine your breath is moving as if you were on a lazy river, Simply being gently guided in the direction of its flow. You can still imagine yourself relaxing in a tube or a canoe or a boat down the river, But allow your breath to soar like an eagle, Rise like a phoenix, Fill up the sky. Before exhale, Spreading out like a cloud. As your awareness spreads wide and vast, Like a cloudy sky, Take an inhale as if you could fill these clouds with more breath, More oxygen, More energy. And then exhale to send that wind outwards until it becomes a breeze, Letting it pass through the fields of your mind, Of your heart, Of your body, Of your soul. Give yourself a breath so deep and powerful as if you were the sun pulling water from the earth. Send it upwards before exhale, Allowing it to rain back down, Splashing to the bottom, To the bottom of the lungs, To the base of the spine, Out through the back of the knees, The heels, The ankles, And even the space between things. There are so many ways to understand the cycle of our existence, And there are so many ways our mind can create the imagery as we control, Or should I say, As we coexist with the functioning of our breath system. I thank God in the most expansive terms for this gift and this ability to be in flow. If there's anyone in your life who has since passed away from this physical earth, But lives clear as ever in your heart, Allow them, Allow however many to be pulled up with a breath rising to your awareness that they're still here. And as you exhale, Letting the breath go, A reminder that you will also be here. You are here and have always been. More than watching these eternal flows, Allow yourself to embrace that you are the eternal flow. Accept your piece of God-consciousness, And waste no time needing to explain it to anyone else. Be in your flow.
