I’m experiencing a lot of discomfort in my final 39 weeks of pregnancy from an itchy skin rash “Puppps”. This mediation helped me better tolerate the discomfort and work with the negative emotions it in an enlightening way. Conscious breathing takes the pain away. Preparing me for childbirth. Thank you.
