Hello and welcome to this week's Purely Being Meditation.
When it comes to manifestation,
There is power in knowing what you want and focusing your energy on the presence of it as if it's already yours.
And that's what we're going to do here today.
This is a short and sweet meditation to use any time you want to reconnect to the feeling of living and having your desire.
When you do this,
You actually activate its energy within you through your emotions and become a magnet for its realization.
To get started,
Make sure you're comfortable.
It might be helpful to sit or lay down and close your eyes,
But you're certainly welcome to do this while you're moving around too.
And begin to deepen your breath,
Lengthening each inhale and exhale,
Infusing a gentle pause of stillness in between.
In and out.
Just like that.
As you continue to breathe deeply and mindfully,
Draw your attention from the outside world to your inner body experience.
Feeling your body,
Your presence,
Maybe even slowing down enough to tune into the sound or sensation of your own heart beating.
And just relax into this space,
Letting any thoughts dissolve,
Melt away as you arrive where you are.
In this fresh moment,
As a blank canvas,
Ripe for miracles to take place.
Now think about something specific that you want.
It might be an item,
A relationship,
To live in a certain place or home,
To travel.
It might even be an answer to a question or a state of being like energy or confidence.
Think something that you authentically desire and something that doesn't feel too resistant within you.
And by that,
I mean that the idea excites you rather than feels uncomfortable or a little too far out of reach.
Now with your desire in mind,
Let me ask you,
What would it feel like to already have your desire?
And what would that look like to have your desire?
Always having it.
Imagine this desire manifesting in your life in full form.
It's done,
It's yours,
It's simply a part of your life and who you are.
What would that feel like?
And where do you feel those emotions and sensations in your body?
Breathe into that.
Who would you call to share the good news?
What kinds of things would you be saying and doing right now because of it?
Completely live in this visualization and state of being that having your desire would bring.
It might feel like celebration,
Excitement,
Satisfaction,
Freedom,
Fun.
On your inhale,
Breathe into this feeling.
Feel it expanding within your body,
Mind,
And life experience.
And on your exhale,
Surrender completely,
Let it go,
And rest in the simple faith that this desire is done,
It's yours.
Now if you're enjoying the feeling that visualizing your desire brings,
I encourage you to pause this meditation and continue to visualize and enjoy the feelings for as long as you like.
When you're ready to move into your day,
Open up your eyes and go forward living from that state of celebration and exalted being of the you who has already realized and received your desire.
If for no other reason than it feels good.
And in your heart of hearts,
Know that it is done.
