Hello and welcome to this emotion meditation for cultivating the feeling of celebration.

Emotion meditations exist to help you cultivate a specific emotion within yourself and as a result experience more and more of it in your everyday life.

Our emotions create the tone and color of our experience.

By cultivating a specific emotion like we are today,

You'll begin to attract experiences,

Opportunities and people that match that energy.

So find a comfortable place to sit and relax.

Somewhere quiet,

Cozy.

Close down your eyes and begin to deepen your breath.

With every inhale find greater length through your spine and with every exhale relax your face,

Let your shoulders melt away from your ears and root more deeply through your sit bones.

Inhale lift,

Exhale relax.

And again inhale lift,

Exhale relax.

And again inhale lift,

Exhale relax.

Now let your breath return to its normal cadence and bring your awareness to your inner body.

Feeling the is-ness of you.

Realizing the inner stillness,

Silence and calm that you find here.

Relax into it.

Rest here.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Today our emotion is celebration.

Celebration is a beautiful feeling.

It's one of joyful arrival,

A feeling of completion and great success.

It's an overflowing outpouring of riotous delight and the choice to actively savor and revel in something that feels really,

Really good.

There's no need to wait for a big accomplishment or opportunity to celebrate.

We can choose to celebrate every day.

Even the little moments like the colors of the sky in the morning,

A cool refreshing glass of water,

Taking a stretch and moving your body,

Even the very fact that you are alive and existing in this moment is a great reason to celebrate.

The truth is you don't even need a little reason to celebrate.

You have the power to cultivate this radiant sunburst of emotion simply by choosing to activate it within yourself.

To make this easier,

Maybe think of a moment in your life where you really celebrated.

Maybe you were at a wedding,

A birthday.

Think of a moment that represents celebration and success to you.

And if nothing specific is coming to mind,

You can even imagine yourself celebrating a future success that you're anticipating and dreaming about as a way to find the feeling of it.

Now once you have that moment in mind,

Release the memory of it but hold on to the feeling,

Sensation of it in your body.

Breathe it in and out.

Inhale that feeling of celebration and exhale your excitement.

Inhale celebration and exhale your overflowing excitement.

Feel the sensation of celebration dancing in every cell of your being and radiating from you.

Feel your heart swelling with joy and excitement,

Overflowing with enthusiasm.

If you feel inspired,

You can even get up or from where you are make a motion that represents celebration to you.

You can jump up and down or put your arms in the air and just revel in that feeling of celebration.

This is your time to thrive and shine and be joyful.

So just give in to the good feeling and become a celebration yourself.

From where you are,

Feel the hairs on your head dancing in excitement,

Awash with light.

Maybe your elbows are doing a happy dance.

Even feel your earlobes and your pinky toes celebrating.

Feel every part of your body,

Mind and spirit in a state of boundless celebration.

Use your breath and your focus to keep activating this feeling and revel in this exalted state for the sheer pleasure of it.

Let this feeling of celebration be a perfect end in and of itself.

Breathe it in,

Exhale it out.

If you haven't already,

Return to your seated position with your eyes closed.

You have tuned into and radiated the emotion of celebration.

This is a very high and powerful vibration and state of being.

It's one that sits at the very heart of life.

Know that by activating this energy,

You'll begin to attract more and more reasons to celebrate and feel successful.

To really make this real for yourself,

Ask yourself,

How can I move in this spirit of celebration today?

Can I smile in the spirit of celebration?

Can I give a hug that emanates the energy of celebration?

Can I cook and work and live each moment as if it's a gift and a reason to celebrate and give thanks?

See if you can carry this vibrant energy with you in your heart and let it permeate your actions as you move through the day.

It will bring more life,

More beauty and more color to everything you do.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Bring your palms to prayer position in front of your heart.

Softly bow your head.

Just taking a moment to thank yourself for using this time to raise your vibration and feel good.

It really is these little moments of shifting that fuel the change you desire to see and create in your life that's powerful and worth celebrating.

So thank you from the bottom of my dancing heart to yours.
