Hello and welcome.

Today we are going to consciously use this powerful now moment to activate and embody the new and true you.

The you that you were born to be.

The one who thrives and dances through life with a smile on their face and a skip in their eyes,

Ready and excited for what each new day holds.

You truly do have the power to shape and create the world around you and within you through the thoughts you think and where you choose to focus your energy in each and every moment.

Where your focus goes,

Energy flows and so by spending time activating and embodying the most empowered version of yourself,

You open new pathways of being and opportunities that align with that elevated energy in your everyday life.

So if you haven't already,

Find somewhere restful to sit or lay down.

Somewhere you can completely relax and just be yourself.

Once you're comfortable,

Close down your eyes,

Allow your breath to begin to deepen and slow,

Becoming increasingly aware of the feel of each breath flowing in and out.

Let your mind clear,

Allowing any lingering thoughts or tensions to simply dissolve.

From this spaciousness,

I'd like you to think of a quality,

An aspect,

Or an energy that you'd like to embody more of.

You might have something specific in mind already,

But as a prompt,

Ask yourself,

What is the me who is already living my dreams like?

What kind of energy and essence do they show up with every day?

And isolate one or two components of that.

Whatever it is,

Let it be a quality that stirs something in you,

Something you authentically desire that makes you excited to think about.

The core purpose of this meditation is for the rubber to really hit the road.

Instead of just imagining or desiring this quality,

You're moving into truly living and being this quality.

So once you have something in mind,

I want you to begin to breathe it to life.

Inhale it with every in-breath,

Filling your body with its presence,

And exhale it on every out-breath,

Infusing the atmosphere around you with it.

Do this three times,

Breathing slowly,

Deeply,

And with full presence,

Repeating your quality slowly in your mind as a touchstone to continue activating it within you.

Now begin to ground into your body.

Feel the wholeness and presence of your being from the tips of your toes,

Your fingers,

To the top of your head,

Becoming super present and aware of your body.

And from this place of heightened awareness,

Feel the energy and essence of your quality arising and pouring from the core of your being,

Infusing every single cell in your body with its nature and essence.

See if you can do this without strain or effort,

Simply relaxing into the outpouring of the essence of it,

Surrendering into the inevitability of it.

Feel yourselves dancing with this quality,

Embodying it,

Shining it.

Feel it in your bones.

Feel it beating in your heart,

Swirling all throughout you,

Expressing from you through every pore of your body you are this quality.

This is who you are right now.

Now open your eyes where you are and simply exist as this quality or state.

And now if you can,

I'd like you to get up and move around wherever you are,

Slowly embodying this quality.

Embody and exude it in the way you move,

Your cadence,

Your posture,

Your facial expression,

Your smile.

Feel it shining from your eyes.

And simply do one thing,

Maybe it's an activity or a gesture that represents or expresses this quality in a physical way.

Something simple and accessible that you can do right now,

Right here,

In this moment.

Feel yourself living this quality.

You are this being.

This is who you are.

This is a powerful aspect of you and your authentic expression.

Remain standing with your eyes and your heart wide open and take another three deep conscious breaths,

Breathing this quality in and out.

And before we close this meditation,

I'd like you to sit or lay down once again.

Close your eyes.

And a few moments envisioning how the you who owns and lives and embodies this quality moves throughout their day.

What kinds of conversations do you have?

How do you treat people?

What kind of activities do you take part in?

What kind of foods do you eat?

What do you wear?

What kind of self-talk do you engage in?

Really see yourself moving through your day,

Living this quality as a natural and effortless part of who you are.

Just as if you can't remember being any other way.

This vibrant and empowered you is who you truly are and you absolutely have the power to live and create the life of your dreams.

But you have to choose it and then choose it again and again and again.

It always begins here and now.

Choosing to be the being who lives your dreams.

Pulling them from the ethers by becoming the energy you wish to attract and then living and breathing it in the manifest reality as we have just done here.

Inhale and exhale with a sigh,

Surrender.

Slowly opening up your eyes,

Arriving in the present as one who knows who they are.
