In this meditation, we’re going to do a short & simple exercise to raise your vibration by focusing on what feels really good to you! What you focus your attention upon is what expands in your life. The more you focus on things you love, appreciate, enjoy, and feel gratitude for - the happier you’ll be and the more you’ll attract even more things to be happy about! It really is a win-win.

Hi,

Love and welcome to this week's guided meditation.

Today we're going to do a short and simple exercise to raise your vibration by focusing on things that feel good to you.

To begin,

Let's take three deep breaths together here.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In and out.

Once more,

In and out.

Perfect.

Now close down your eyes.

Place both hands over your heart and tell me,

What do you love?

What's something you love?

It can be big or small.

Just think of something that feels good to think about,

Something that brings genuine joy to your heart,

To smile,

To your face.

Why do you love it?

Breathe and rest in this feeling for a moment.

Soak in it,

Bask in it,

Hold it in your heart and give thanks for this thing that you love.

What's your favorite movie?

Why do you love it so much?

What's the best compliment you've ever received?

Why did it mean so much to you?

What's been the best part of your day so far?

Why did it feel so good?

And finally,

What's something you're looking forward to?

Why is this exciting to you?

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale it out.

Feeling the soft sensation of a smile to your face,

To your body.

Notice how you feel after just a few moments of focusing on the things you love,

Things that feel good to you.

It's pretty powerful.

Shifting our energy really can happen in a moment.

Remember what you focus your attention upon is what expands in your life.

The more you can focus on the things you love,

Appreciate,

Enjoy and feel gratitude for,

The happier you'll be and the more you'll attract even more things to be happy about.

It really is a win-win.

So if you can,

Practice gratitude daily,

Speak or write what you're thankful for,

What you feel blessed about,

What you love and watch the magic in your life multiply as you live from this high and powerful vibration.

Wonderful. So simple and powerful and beautifully delivered. Certainly the best ‘gratitude’ meditation I’ve ever heard. I’ve struggled with many bc they sound so fake and staged and meaningless and seem to advocate the repetition of what I think is better termed silly generic ‘gratitude platitude’. This was real and personal and heartfelt and genuinely raised my vibration in a fully aligned way. Thank you dear Lucy 🌅💜🌠

You said something towards the end that reaaally resonated. Expressing gratitude from a place of higher vibration and seeing what unfolds. I realize sometimes I express gratitude out of a place of guilt or self-condemnation, but am I truly allowing myself to enter that space of deep appreciation? Think I may be blocking myself at times. Thank you for a lovely, insightful meditation💡

Wonderful simple reminder of how to rediscover gratitude. In times of stress I always have a difficult time finding gratitude. I think this might be a useful tool. I’ve bookmarked it and downloaded it so I can use it off line whenever I need a reminder of things to be grateful for and recover a little serenity. Thank you for this reminder.
