Love and welcome to this week's guided meditation.
Today we're going to do a short and simple exercise to raise your vibration by focusing on things that feel good to you.
To begin,
Let's take three deep breaths together here.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
In and out.
Once more,
In and out.
Perfect.
Now close down your eyes.
Place both hands over your heart and tell me,
What do you love?
What's something you love?
It can be big or small.
Just think of something that feels good to think about,
Something that brings genuine joy to your heart,
To smile,
To your face.
Why do you love it?
Breathe and rest in this feeling for a moment.
Soak in it,
Bask in it,
Hold it in your heart and give thanks for this thing that you love.
What's your favorite movie?
Why do you love it so much?
What's the best compliment you've ever received?
Why did it mean so much to you?
What's been the best part of your day so far?
Why did it feel so good?
And finally,
What's something you're looking forward to?
Why is this exciting to you?
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale it out.
Feeling the soft sensation of a smile to your face,
To your body.
Notice how you feel after just a few moments of focusing on the things you love,
Things that feel good to you.
It's pretty powerful.
Shifting our energy really can happen in a moment.
Remember what you focus your attention upon is what expands in your life.
The more you can focus on the things you love,
Appreciate,
Enjoy and feel gratitude for,
The happier you'll be and the more you'll attract even more things to be happy about.
It really is a win-win.

What you feel blessed about,
What you love and watch the magic in your life multiply as you live from this high and powerful vibration.
